Please review the reviews and look at pictures on reviews before choosing this Taco Bell. I had an awful experience. Arrived to dine in and was the only customer in the restaurant. Was not acknowledged for 13 minutes and then an employee rudely addressed me “you paying card or cash” I replied I can do either. He rudely states that his drawer has not been opened yet (11:15) and I should have ordered at the kiosk. When I said I just wanted order from the register and had been waiting for close to 15 minutes he rudely said well there is only 4 of us and I had a drive thru order. I decided to not dine here and asked to speak to the manager - guess who the manager was? Yes the rude staff member who did not address a costumer for over 13 minutes with no customers in the store. DO NOT FREQUENT. I looked at the reviews after my issue and understand why this place is this way.

Workers were nice, but it is absolutely not worth it to go here. I waited 45 minutes inside for an online order and the food was horrible. Waste of time and money honestly.

I ordered 3 tacos and a pintos and cheese. I ordered and paid through the drive thru. I paid $9.something for my food. I opened up my tacos - and there was 1 with hardly anything in the shell, 1 with .25 full, and one with .5 full. I put them all together - for one full taco. It was pathetic! In the drive through, they talk to you like you are bothering them and are an inconvenience -asking "is that it" between every item. I don't normally think much of taco bell - but this is pathetic. Apparently, I need to lower my already low expectations. Nope - not worth the time.

Have messed up food orders on multiple occasions. Food is always made poorly and without care. Inside was a disaster the 2 times went in. Every other time went through drive through.

I can't stand those kiosks you have in the lobby. I came in to get dinner and only had cash, so I couldn't use the kiosk. No problem, I will just order at the counter, wrong. I stood there for at least 10 mins and was ignored by every single employee working. I finally gave up and left.
