Elianna, Jade and CJ are an outstanding team to have in there. They are very personable and keep a very clean and orderly location. Biggest take away from today, they smile when speaking to their customers! They offer to assist you with any questions you may have with great recommendations. Hats off to you 3, dont stop smiling!!! Just paid $10 for a Buffalo chicken wrap that was 99% lettuce. I've eaten at other locations and have been very happy with the food but there was maybe 2 tiny pieces of chicken in this wrap. Disappointing lunch break. ?

Food and smoothies are always great at this location. I always do drive-thru pick-up, so can't comment on the atmosphere. While I usually get great service from those at the drive-thru, today when trying to call to change a pickup to delivery or cancel the order (couldn't pick up, flat tire) I called for over 1/2 hour straight. No answer, mailbox full.

New! The people that work here are great. We go here 2-3 times a week. The service, cleanliness, atmosphere, and bowls are FANTASTIC!!

Waited 15 minutes at the window for one smoothie after I paid, person opens and asks “chicken quesadilla”? I said no a smoothie, she then enters the order and hands me the card machine to pay after I had already ordered at the intercom and given payment to a different person. 5 more minutes to get my actually smoothie. One car in the drive thru and one person already eating at a table and they blamed it on “being busy.” Need training and a manager present

Waited for the drive thru person to say they would be with me for about 10 minutes. Smoothie was made wrong. I came back to return it and the guy with the braids blamed one of the girls for making it wrong. I had no problem because things happen. He then proceeds to flirt with the other girl at the window. The energy in there was weird. Not sure I will be back.

Went to enjoy a smoothie this evening at 730. Store said it was open. The back door was propped open by the drive thru and a kid was going in the back door when we pulled up. We sat for 10 minutes and no one took our order. We left the drive thru drove to the front and open sign was on w no customers inside. Not sure why our order was taken.

Young kids taking orders takes a few times before the order is taken correctly. They were kind, just new perhaps.

I’m shocked that the reviews are so bad for this restaurant. It was good quick service all around. Breakfast flatbread and smoothie was great and ready quickly.

Every single time I go to this specific location the service is absolutely awful. I went through the drive through last weekend and the employees forgot about my order so I had to wait 20 minutes. After receiving my order I asked the employee if they were busy and she said no. The time before that I waited 40 minutes in the drive through just to get the wrong smoothie.

I order through the rewards app and they said the minimum limit is $12 of your order…it wouldn’t let me checkout when it was at 15 or 17 dollars before taxes! I ended up spending $26 for some food. I mostly wanted the smoothie because I have sore tonsils and a 3 day fever streak! Their app needs to be fixed! Also I ordered delivery one day a while back and the driver never gave me my smoothie which was sitting CENTIMETERS from my quesadillas. I went down there to get it myself and all I saw was snarky teens looking and judging me with their eyes and the cashier walked to the cubby which had a long receipt of my order taped onto the frame of the cubby and comes to me giving me my smoothie which was dripping by the way and walked away without apologizing or anything! The smoothies are at a good price for a smoothie that big but seriously…where are the adults?!
