Food tasted like it's been ready for an hour when I picked it up at the scheduled time. All the sauces I added to this sandwich didn't help. There are no tenders OR sauce on the sandwich (though the menu describes a bacon ranch sauce on tenders). There was just one, over fried, flavorless mass of meat, two pickles, a tomato (not sure where that came from), and lettuce (also not invited to the party). The fries were soggy and few in number for $4.50. Also $5 (I'm not exaggerating, look at the menu) for a side of BBQ sauce is ridiculous. There are also no external signs on the premises indicating that Logan's was the location of this ghost kitchen. Will not be ordering from here again.

Do you desire having soggy, mediocre tenders, a little bit worse than what you might get at a middle school cafeteria? What if they charged you $15 for it?
We ordered from this place. We were not told that the food came from Rock Bottom Brewery. There is no sign. There is no indication anywhere that this is where you pick it up. You have to wander the mall, checking the suite number of every store, until you stumble into it.
The employees were brusque. Half the sauces we ordered were missing, and the tenders were a complete, soggy mess. I would not eat at this place if they paid me to do so.

The tenders were overcooked and tasted like old grease. The waffle fries were undercooked and the coleslaw didn’t have any dressing…. It was just plain chopped cabbage. Definitely a disappointing experience, I will not be back.

absolutely awful. their description makes me laugh as this was the worst place i’ve ever ordered from. chicken tenders were soggy and tiny and the fries were freezer burnt and undercooked and there was a random chunk of something burnt mixed in with my food. gotta say the honey mustard is fire but that’s all

I ordered DoorDash and got nothing I ordered. I ordered the chicken tender sandwich and it was supposed to have cheese and their signature ranch on it… it was plan. And then I ordered the. BBQ waffle fries and got soggy plain regular fries. Big yikes with this place

Ordered 8 wings naked for 7 undercooked yet somehow burned wings. Took over an hour for something I can’t eat! I spent a lot of money for crap! Logan’s aka twisted tenders should be ashamed they even let this leave their kitchen.
