Don't like baked potato it's raw :(((, and they didn't send MORE than half the meal... How bad is your staff :(((((
Very bad Wendy’s I had a bad experience never again. I ask for fresh nuggets they give me a dry nuggets I come back I said ask for fresh food, they put the nuggets back in the oil then give it to me I can’t see oil coming out the nuggets I had to throw everything away and a very dry salty fries🤮
Four to six months ago, the food and service was on point. The most perfect Spicy Chicken Sandwiches by far. Now, the food feels like an after thought (wrong orders, smaller chicken, haphazardly placed wet, shredded lettuce, lifeless buns) and the staffing is questionable at best. New Ownership? New Management? Higher Prices? Get it together.

Waited over 10 minutes for someone to even acknowledge that we we were in line. Then told us they’d be right with us. Continued waiting while all the staff was busy waiting on the drive thru. The gentleman in line before us decided to leave without ordering but we waited another 5 minutes before leaving ourselves. Very frustrating visit and may not return!

I have waited my entire 30 minute lunch in the drive through and still do not have my food! They have had 10-15 people leave the drive through as they just weren’t taking orders! Now that they take your order you sit at the window for 15 more minutes. Then game the wrong food, and gave it to the person it belonged to after it’ has been in my car.

So i saw him the kitchen make 2 meals and ask something in general
so the ladie in the window say make this . this . this and you make later ( this meal . me meal )
By that time pass 5 min or ready dont forget was a mistake because they not make me meal
So right away when i hear that i did ask to in general did you know how long more be my meal
Ladie on window tell me is cocking

And say to her please return my money
She answer is cocking
And say i cant waitting more
She continue say me is cocking
So i say please tell me how long will be or return me money
She did answer me sr you are not the only one customer
So i did say her hired more people i did hear the kitchen person im busy im cocking and bla bla bla
Then turn away with not meal not money and upset
Because not one knows how talk to at person im work and food industry and that is really unprofesional you answer right away like the ladie or cocking person
Disrespect and unprofesional people are work there
Now let see how long is contact me or respond me
Btw i did not expend 10 dlrs i did expend at lot money remember was 4 meal plus

Placed an order here and was missing a cheeseburger, an order of nuggets, 2 orders of fries, and an entire kids meal. It was insane. I’ve tried to call multiple times for a refund and they keep writing down my name and nobody has ever called back. Don’t recommend! Prior to this our orders were constantly wrong. Terrible staff.

The guy taking our order and handing it to us was very friendly. But the people making the food weren't very good at it. Took a very long time to get our food. My child ordered a kids HAMBURGER and I made sure to clarify that she only wanted pickles on it but when we got it there was cheese on it. And the Jr bacon cheeseburger I ordered didn't have bacon on it. We went through the drive through and I noticed the mess up on my kids food before we left and the replaced it no problem but I didn't notice mine until after we had left

This store is terrible at communicating. I come by here often when door dashing, and I would choose not to if I could. No one ever speaks to me, lets me know that they’re taking a while to fulfill orders, or apologizes for taking an egregious amount of time to hand over the delivery orders I’m waiting on. I can hear people chatting and watch them roam around doing small tasks for at least ten minutes before I’m even handed a drink. This lack of communication and timeliness affects my delivery times and customer satisfaction too. Do better.

Bro when I say this was the best Wendy’s I’ve ever eaten at.. I’m sayin… ITS THE BEST WENDYS IVE EVER EATEN AT. I made sure to tell the cashier too. The food was hot and fresh, the fries were crisp and just the right amount of salt, clean tables, nice cashier.. huge chicken patty. Memorable experience and I’d drive another 2.5 hours to eat there again (we were from out of town going to the Avril Lavigne concert) but seriously, I’ll be thinking about my Wendy’s experience at this Wendy’s, until next time🥲
