This store is terrible at communicating. I come by here often when door dashing, and I would choose not to if I could. No one ever speaks to me, lets me know that they’re taking a while to fulfill orders, or apologizes for taking an egregious amount of time to hand over the delivery orders I’m waiting on. I can hear people chatting and watch them roam around doing small tasks for at least ten minutes before I’m even handed a drink. This lack of communication and timeliness affects my delivery times and customer satisfaction too. Do better.

Bro when I say this was the best Wendy’s I’ve ever eaten at.. I’m sayin… ITS THE BEST WENDYS IVE EVER EATEN AT. I made sure to tell the cashier too. The food was hot and fresh, the fries were crisp and just the right amount of salt, clean tables, nice cashier.. huge chicken patty. Memorable experience and I’d drive another 2.5 hours to eat there again (we were from out of town going to the Avril Lavigne concert) but seriously, I’ll be thinking about my Wendy’s experience at this Wendy’s, until next time🥲

Ordered a taco salad and the tortilla strips were expired and very chewy and stale. Also got a couple of burgers and fries. All the food was cold and the buns were old and starting to get hard.

I usually go to Wendy’s about 6 AM before work. I have been meaning to leave a review because the lady who is often there has to be the employee of the month every month and came from Chick-fil-A. She’s polite and she always smiles and makes you want to come back even if you hated the food. My receipt says Amanda, you definitely need more Amanda’s at lunchtime!!!
The a.m. shift during the week are not that great. I waited 10mins at the counter for my pickup order, was not greeted, several people walked by me with no acknowledgement. When I finally asked for help was told they were waiting for chicken. Communication is key in customer service! Acknowledge customers! Know your steps of service. Managers train up your employees for success! Don’t allow laziness and lack of service. Get employees who are motivated to work.
I pranked called them, asked if it was the Krusty krab, she said it wasn’t, I told her my name was Patrick, she said she’s SpongeBob and that her friend was sandy cheeks, then they screamed “TO NARNIA”. W customer service
The staff at this Wendy’s are fantastic, I am here regularly and they’re just delightful. The restaurant is always clean as well. What I think is particularly great is that it’s always well staffed, so they’re always able and willing to help quickly.
