If I could , I’d give this a 0. They can’t take an order here right , and they charged me twice. Once for fries that I didn’t want , and a second time when I was told that I would receive my refund. Corporate will be contacted

went at 1am and they politely told me to have a blessed night but got home and realized i wasn’t going to. ordered fanta got hi c which is not the same at all. they forgot straws and forks. left off tomatoes and lettuce from the chicken sandwich. and didn’t put cheddar cheese on our chilli cheese fries! didn’t tell us they were missing anything they just let us go home thinking our food would be good. so sad.

Honestly, every time I come here I am satisfied. The lobby is clean, the bathrooms are nice, the food is always hot, and the people are nice. They helped me save money on my combo. I know it's just a Wendy's but I believed it's worth the review. Dine in customer.

There was no one else there. We ordered 4 meals, paid and had to pull up to wait on fresh fries. My burger had so much mayo it was disgusting. Burger was cold, I live 5 minutes away. Fries were not fresh and the grease is old, you can taste it on the fries. My wife nuggets were probably 6 hours old, hard and dried out. Just pathetic for not even being busy. This is the 2nd time I have went late and the food was garbage. I will not ever go back here, 2 chances is enough. Employees were friendly though, to bad they are also the ones the made the trash food. And apparently 3 BBQ sauces and a ranch sauce equates to 4 ranch sauces and 1 BBQ. Just SAD.

Drive thru, 1/5/24 7:20. They were busy but received the food quickly. It was for a friend -but friend said it was hot, juicy and very good. Plenty of fries and not too salty. Worker at the window was very pleasant and kind. Had a nice smile - genuine. Great experience, tonight. Thank you -Wendy's. (I had tried to get my friend KFC but the workers were so dang rude and nasty that I left and came here). Would do this Wendy's over KFC any day!

My spicy chicken sandwhich was either not cooked or something was off. It was chewy like rubber. I used to always eat spicy chicken sandwhichs from Wendy's so I know when something is wrong. It was inedible I had to throw it out. I'd post pictures but it looks fine but the texture/taste just like rubber. Didnt get a receipt so can't try to get it resolved. I would not recommend this location.

It looks like a good store but do not be fooled, I ordered baconator fried which consist of bacon,cheese,fries. Shouldn’t be hard right. They forgot my straw and napkins and silverware and my cheese was still like out of package and fries wet cold beyond belief. I didnt think I was asking for that much?

Walked in and made my way to the counter to place my order. Who I assume to be the manager came over from the drive thru window and stared at me, I stared back, this continued for about 10 seconds until I asked him if he was ok. He replied to me with “yeah, do you want something”. I wanted to say “No, just here for fun apparently” Is this how workers are supposed to greet people at fast food establishments in 2023? This was my first time in a Wendy’s in a longtime and I for sure will not go back. The food wasn’t anything to rave about and apparently the customer is seen as a burden when they come through the doors.
