After not being able to eat at BaileyTown Burger, I came to this establishment. I ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese bagel. It would have been good if it wasn’t cooked in a microwave. Also, on top of that, the red hair girl was not wearing gloves making my bagel! I got a Teddy Bear latte, and it tasted burnt, and there were coffee grounds all in the bottom of it. It was not a nice surprise when I sipped it through my straw. Quite disgusting of a place. I saw the flies everywhere I looked.

I love Biggby however, our visit here was a bit disappointing. We ordered two specialty iced coffees and they both tasted like watered down bitter grounds. Almost as if the grounds were brewed a second time. (How do I know what that taste like... well, one time I tried this method at home, when money was tight and I was trying to be cheap). And it probably didn't help that there were actually grounds in our drinks.

every time we go and give them another chance the drinks are tasteless, or taste of burnt coffee, made wrong, etc.... went recently and the girl taking our order turned my creme freeze into a frozen lemonade, when i asked if it was a creme freeze she said "yes, its a frozen lemonade, a creme freeze is a frozen lemonade, you have to have a liquid so if you dont want lemonade then what else are we suppose to use" i told her milk like it is usually made with, her and her coworker rolled their eyes, shook their heads and started whispering.... horrible service from the staff every time on top of the awful drinks

I go to this location regularly and they are always very kind. Ashley is an excellent barista and always makes my drink perfect. I like my matcha extra dark, so I can be a picky customer, but they always get it right for me. I’ll always continue to go back to this location. They’re awesome

Came in for my regular drink…The Butter bear. Staff was nice, store was well maintained, and my drink was amazing as always! Props to the owner for running such an impeccable store!! Better service than at the Michigan Ave Canton store by far!
