Placed a pick up order and arrived before it was ready. I wish I would have gotten the female workers name but she was amazing! Made the sandwiches perfectly and had great customer service!

Double charged my bank and having a hard time getting my money back.
I worked for Subway 10 years, managed for 4. Haven't had Subway much since I left due to total burnout. ? But today it sounded good. I ordered online. Drive two blocks, they were still making it. Gave me time to observe. Tables were clean, chips were stocked, fountain a area was nice. Veggies looked fresh. The ladies working were polite and fast. Sandwiches were made properly (outside of they didn't melt the cheese on CBR like requested, but not a huge deal). Great experience, I'd definitely come back.
Vegetarian options: You can get a veggie only sub, salad, or wrap.
Dietary restrictions: Allergens are clearly listed. Heart healthy options are marked on the menu. Subs are fully customizable.
Parking: Just a few spots located directly in front of store. May need to parallel park.
Kid-friendliness: Small kids menu including a 3" sub with chips, cookie or apples and a drink (milk or organic juice). Nothing I store to occupy kids. Kids meal usually has a free activity or small toy.
Wheelchair accessibility: Small dining area, a lot not tables but wheelchair accessible.

This location really good, they have good employees, good food, friendly service.
Tried something new, compared to my usual. It wasn't to bad, was definitely different. The price though just for the footlong alone was ridiculous though low. My footlong was the Cali sub (not sure the full name of it off the top of my head) But a footlong sub for that one was $14 on it's own...for $14 I expected more. Maybe it was also because of whoever made my sandwich squeezed the avocado spread out of the bad and barely put any on there. she also made it with lettuce and not spinach and the mozzarella were barely even warmed up on my sandwich. Overall, like I said it wasn't to bad, just could have been better if it was made the way it was supposed to be and maybe just a little warmer. Both my husbands and my sandwich were a MESS though. The lady that did the veggies to the sandwich practically made it like an open face sandwich. Now I know for sure that is not how you make those (I use to work for subway years ago). So that took it down a star automatically just because it was so hard to even try eating. The ladies were nice though and the atmosphere wasn't bad considering it was for their 4th of July parade day.

So north liberty mail carrier delivers subway coupons but apparently the north liberty subway doesn't accept them. I asked why, was told corporate said they lose money.. well there losing more. Not going back

We drove past 2 other Subways to go to North Liberty Subway... The sub sandwich construction team was the Greatest!

This subway is ran very unprofessional. They do not train very well, than fire the new workers because they not trained... I can honestly say I would drive 100 miles to get a sub than to go 1/2 mile to this subway to give them my business. They need to find a manager that is professional and not call her employees drunk all the time like she does. Not impressed
