The majority of the time, regardless of how busy they are (or slow), they have you pull to the side and you end up waiting for quite some time for your food.

I'm not sure if it's because of my skin or not but the cashier inside had very bad customer service, she made me uncomfortable. The grease needs changed and our fries weren't cooked completely, they also didn't get out order right.Then our pop was slightly flat.

Absolutely horrific service. Was told to pull forward to a spot. Lady came out with wrong food. Another ten minutes goes by and then another lady came out with wrong food. Finally after 20 minutes I left without my food. Every time I've been her it's been cold food and horrible service. Either go to Mr Dave's or another town. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

This place is a joke. It's never quick. Staff is rude. Went to use a code from the app. The old guy taking my order messed up after I gave him my code. He had to start over, because of that my code didn't work. This is the 3rd time this has happened. You can only use a code every 15 mins. Even being it was his fault, they wouldn't honor it. I really wish North Manchester had something else to offer. Mcdonald's is a joke.

Missing items from order almost every time I go here. Most recently missing over half my order which they have yet to refund.
Dont serve other people first because you know them. "Here your food Mr. Kent" well Mr. Kent hasnt been waiting for his mobile order for 10 minutes. Mr. Kent number was 1617 and mine was 1615. I had 2 items he had 5 I don't understand your priorities.
