Poor customer service most of the time. I've had a couple experiences with very rude employees. It just depends who happens to be working there. Sometimes it's fine but you just never know what you're going to get.

When you pay for extra sauce u don't get the same amount when u don't pay for the extra other wise you charged me for nothing you night cooks need to do better ffs figured it'd be covered in sauce off the sides dripping even but no I payed for a fully spicy sandwich not half
They never make your iced coffee the same. Some days it's like drinking water even when you pay the 50 cents for an extra shot of expresso.

Food? It's McDonalds. It sucks. Service? You have better luck talking to a wall. Ambiance? Again, it's McDonald's. Trash. Good luck getting your sauces if you ask for any because you won't. Every single time I come here something is wrong with my order. Sadly it's the only thing convenient in this town. 1/10.

I ordered a steak egg and cheese bagel. The food was hot and correct. Which is very strange for this restaurant. However, the service was awful. No smiles, no thank yous, just horrible service.
