I have been to some other Penguin Points since they sold to the newnowners and wasn't all that impressed. I decided to give this one a try after a long busy day. I walked in and the look of this was very inviting and clean looking. I really like how different this one is compared to others. The staff was very friendly and professional. The food was quick and good and I'll be back to this one!!

They have the Big Wally's for 2 at $7. Their food is wonderful. They are fast and courteous. This is one of our favorite fast food restaurants.

Manager was really rude. I called 3 times in 2 months and it 3 months I had bought food from the 15 times. 5 times per month average. Twice the didn't put my roll or garlic bread in my 3 peace, no big deal, but let them know, they said we'll give you another meal. I DIDN'T ASK, THEY OFFERED. IM NOT CALLING TO GET FREE FOOD, BUT when I spend nearly $10 for a meal, I expect to get Ernst I paid for. About 2 weeks ago I called them because I bought a 5 peace, got to Urbana and it had 3 wings in there. Really, $11 bucks for a breast, leg and 3 wings. Just Ill put your name down, get a few meal. Awesome. Just recently 12/02/22 I go in there, and they wouldn't do, said I have been going to all fast foods here in N. Manchester trying to get free meals. Right. If people will get the order right, I wouldn't call. I looked at my bank statements and only been to McDonald's twice since June of 2022. And valled once because the got it wrong, and one of the managers go to my church. But in the end, I'm not in it for a free meal, just do your job and be polite. The customer is always right. I only call when I don't get what I pay for, Tran your workers to car and iau attention.

Went today and ordered chicken sandwich because the picture was inviting. $5.98 total cost. Got home, opened back, no reciept and got a bun with chicken and 3 pickles. That was it. Sure did not look anything like the picture that was on the order menu outside. Got home call them and we're rather rude but they did say they would take my name and I could come up there and get another sandwich. Couldn't do it right the first time I'm not going back. They told me the cook had only been working two days and I said well he needs retrained or reevaluated or some more help because I had to wait about 8 minutes in line because the person at the window did tell me that it takes a while to cook the chicken. Actually there wasn't a line I was the only one there. Before or after.
The food was good. One in our party particularly liked his barbeque sandwich. Crinkle fries and tenderloin are also a good choice. New remodeled decor and good service.
