I have been to some other Penguin Points since they sold to the newnowners and wasn't all that impressed. I decided to give this one a try after a long busy day. I walked in and the look of this was very inviting and clean looking. I really like how different this one is compared to others. The staff was very friendly and professional. The food was quick and good and I'll be back to this one!!

Manager was really rude. I called 3 times in 2 months and it 3 months I had bought food from the 15 times. 5 times per month average. Twice the didn't put my roll or garlic bread in my 3 peace, no big deal, but let them know, they said we'll give you another meal. I DIDN'T ASK, THEY OFFERED. IM NOT CALLING TO GET FREE FOOD, BUT when I spend nearly $10 for a meal, I expect to get Ernst I paid for. About 2 weeks ago I called them because I bought a 5 peace, got to...

Very fast service. Pleasant group of employees working. Store looks still brand new so it's very well kept. Tried the new A1 Burger got to say I was impressed I think mayonnaise and A1 sauce would go together well but I was wrong. Can't beat the crinkle cut fries.
