Poor customer service!! I ordered curbside pickup, after waiting 10 minutes for someone to bring my order to me I went inside and asked about my order and the worker snapped at me and said "We don't offer curbside pickup!" I asked why it was offered online and she said very rudely "I don't know!" So I picked up my order and left, it is in North Manchester, IN
We order from this pizza hut usually at least once a month and 95% of the time it's typically ready in 20 minutes or less and they are awesome about asking if you want paper plates and napkins and making sure your order is correct and you get what your wanting!
We have not used our local Pizza Hut for several months if not a year. We felt at that time that the quality of the food and of the service was deteriorating. This time, we decided to give it another chance and we were very pleasantly surprised. The timeliness and the quality were all very very good. We'll be back soon.
