This is the absolute worst subway I have ever been too. I keep giving them a chance, but my order is wrong or messed up in some way every single time. More times than I can count. I will not be back.

Only one Young lady working, she was left with No Prep, out of red onions, green peppers, condiment section very bare, No Fresh Bread, only bread available was white, or wraps, that’s extremely sad that she was left that way, and no manager to come in an help the situation she was left in, and or find her assistance, we felt bad for her but she was a trooper, very polite, friendly, positive attitude, not letting any of this affect her work ethics, she deserves a huge raise! Location has declined considerably in the past year. Tore out the flooring and just sealed the bare concrete, Took out some of the available seating and didn't expand anything related to the kitchen/food prep.... just left it as empty space. Was out of more than half their bread options, two or three meat types, absolutely no lettuce and running low on tomato, cucumbers. Staff was very friendly and apologized for all the missing supplies, did their best with what was still avaliable. Franchise owner either doesn't care about the decline or is unqualified to bring the business back up to previous standards.

We just stopped in for ice tea and cookies. The ice tea was not ready, but they had Gold Peak tea and gave us a cup of ice. The cookies were delicious! We even got one extra because it was broken. The girl was super friendly and nice.

Curbside is awful. I’ve had my sandwhiches given away to strangers twice. It doesn’t take more than 2 seconds to ask someone their name, all they do is say are you here for the curbside. They never answer the phone at this location. It’s just this one. Wabash and silver lake always answers and Manchester just doesn’t care. I know that because I’ve been inside ordering when the employees silence the phone when it’s not that busy they just don’t want to take their gloves off and answer. It’s going downhill by the months.
