Food was fresh, and friendly service - one server for what seemed to be a slow lunch, but did not lack in service . Nothing wrong with the atmosphere per se- maybe need a few more decorations on bare walls.

We were there on 12/23/23. There was a surprise birthday party for me. There were 13 of us. We had an awesome waiter…a young man with blond hair. He was very hospitable and tended to all of us. The food is to die for! My sausage and tortellini soup and turkey wrap were so good. The waiter brought some of the crowd who had sweet potato fries with their entree, extra sweet potato fries during the meal. The ambiance was wonderful. Highly recommend.

Nice big area that is great for groups, families or just solo dining experience. The service is excellent and the food is consistently good. Great portions and fast service. We got the big bot breakfast burrito and my wife and I shared it because it was very filling. I love their breaded mushrooms, They are different and not button mushroom but wood ear and other varieties with a great breading. They serve drinks in large mason jars which is great for me as I drink a lot.

We all really enjoyed the food and dize of helpings. We LOVE the different tea and drink optiins. Cool place. There was just one server trying to take care of everyone and run the cash register etc. I hated to rate this good place a 4 on that item, but I'm guessing like most other restaurants, they can't find help.

People….you must try! The Crystal has the best burgers in North Manchester. We like they are open on Thursday evenings. Service is great, place is clean and food is very good. Wish you were open on more evenings. I have heard several people comment they never know when you are open. Maybe get an open flag flying out front. The tint on the windows does make it hard to see if you are open. I would recommend this place to anyone. Highly recommend the BBQ bacon cheddar burger and onion rings!! The wraps are delicious too!

We came in for coffee and breakfast. The food was great! Service could have been better. I wasn't finished eating, and it was 15 minutes before closing, the waitress dumped out the coffee early. Very disappointed I couldn't have coffee during my entire meal. Had to wear my coat the entire time because it was cold in there. I'm still giving this place a high rating all-over.
