I just rolled up to Arby’s for a quick lunch and ended up witnessing a level of operational excellence that NASA would envy. I’m talking precision. I’m talking efficiency. I’m talking two absolute queens holding the entire roast beef universe together: Rita and Lida
When Rita and Lida are on shift at the same time, that place runs like a well‑oiled machine that’s been dipped in bacon grease and blessed by the curly fry gods themselves.
I walked in, and before I even took two steps, Rita hit me with the warmest “Hi honey!” like she’d been expecting me my whole life. Lida was moving through that kitchen like she had cheat codes enabled. Sandwiches flying, orders popping out, curly fries radiating pure spiritual energy.
I swear if Chick‑fil‑A has their employees say “my pleasure,” Rita and Lida have the whole staff saying, “we GOT you.”
If corporate doesn’t give these two a raise, a crown, and maybe a small throne to sit on during their break, they’re missing out.
