The slowest service ever. One dude in their busting his butt while chubby dude is outside ripping his vape. It’s 6:30pm and they didn’t even have a long line. We were in line for 30 minutes when there was only one car ahead of us

Just experienced some of the worst customer service by far. I’ve never felt more disappointed and by a fast food restaurant is crazy. let alone unwanted presence, they looked at me like I didn’t belong as I was ordering but also gave me looks like I’m not good enough to eat at this location. It’s literally a burger spot. DO BETTER HARDEES! Hire customer service friendly people if you do not want to work there just quit! But don’t make people feel less than because I’m a POC you can’t look at me and take my order then be rude about it. I tossed by food because I didn’t even want to think of what they could have done to it. VERY DISRESPECTFUL!

Ridiculous service. Cold cinnamon raisin busicuts. Cold Frisco sandwich. Waitied in the drive thru 11 minutes before trying to go inside and couldn't because the front door is locked. Went back and waited another 8 minutes in the drive thru with only 1 vehicle in front of me. Ridiculous service.
