Super disappointed. Had to pull forward and waited for 25 minutes only to have to pull back around for a missing sandwich and 2 wrong sandwiches. They asked us to pull forward again only to have someone come out after another 15 minutes and ask us for a 4th time about the mistakes! Then had to wait another 15 for someone to bring it to us only to be disappointed again!!!! We didn't ask for alterations or substitutions but they couldn't seem to get a monster burger the way it is supposed to come. Their way of correcting the philly burger was to just prepare a burger patty and put it in a bowl to add to the now cold philly burger! Seriously will not go back. It's one thing to make mistakes, everyone does it. I wasn't even mad. But to argue about the mistakes and then get it wrong the second time after being told 4 times....

Our burgers were plenty big and well made. Our cashier didn't know how to ring up our coupon and had to wait for someone else to do it. Took a little while to get our food but that seems pretty standard at most fast food places any more. It's a nice looking restaurant but could have used a cleaning when we were there. We did enjoy the food, though.
