Ordered at 658pm at 715 told me that they gave my order to someone else. They said they had to cook more chicken now I wait 20 minutes more I don't think it's was wrong to do that

Tried to have KFC for supper tonight 2/22/24,it was disgusting!! Chicken was over cooked or was left from lunch!! $40 bucks and it was old dried out biscuits hard petrified Chicken, very little mash potatoes. We can't afford to waste money on garbage,needless to say we won't go back,EVER!!!

Ordered online. Still had to wait 20+ minutes just to get the wrong order.
In drive through ordered fries didn't get them. Went back to drive through told to go to front door they would be brung out. Waited 15 minutes never came. Went back to drive through told to come on around. At order receiving window waited 10 more minutes. Very inefficient. No more kFC at North Vernon.
