I did an online order at 5:30 am. I get there and I’m the only one in line. Get home and they still couldn’t get my order right, they shorted me a hash brown and my bacon egg and cheese was so bad I couldn’t eat it. It had a bad taste and I couldn’t even chew or break off the biscuit. This place has continued to go downhill for years. I hardly go anymore unless it is out of town but north vernon Indiana’s location is pure trash!

cup was broke in half when lady gave it to us was dripping my drink all over, waited 15 minutes to get our food in the drive through. my burger had hair in it. young girl at the window gave dirty looks for no reason and didnt say anything but tell us to pull up and wait for our food. food was cold. horrible experience tonight.

Have ever wanted to order online just to pull forward when you get to the window because they haven’t started then somehow still get cold soggy food then this is you stop they will be rude and take forever not much different from any other McDonald’s but don’t get you hopes up on fresh fries or anything fresh really

I was very disappointed in the service today. After being asked to pull forward, a crew member brought the wrong order out twice to my car. I waited 20 minutes for the two missing items, went inside, and the crew member said she "forgot" to bring it out! She was walking around, even taking her phone out to text someone. Very poor service!
