On 09/06/2025 i went to this location while sitting in the drive-thru I watched an employee cough in his hands, wipe his hands on his shirt/apron and CONTINUE TO MAKE PIZZAS WITHOUT WASHING HIS HANDS. After leaving this location I go to bite into my pizza and there is a very long hair stuck in between the cheese and crust. I then called the store and informed the general manager of what happened and that I wanted a refund he informed this is AN ONGOING ISSUE WITH THE EMPLOYEE. I informed him not only am I serv safe certified I have managed in other restaurants and I notice there were no gloves on any of the employees hands🤮. He then proceeded to say no one has to wear gloves while working here. Never coming back to this restaurant maybe the health department will catch them next time

Left a middle of the road tip on an heavily discounted pizza delivery and the driver decided to message my personal number to inform me on ways to “ save my money “.

Apparently putting garlic butter on their own food is too much work and they expect us to pay for and prepare are own food what is this papa murphys?

Why do you have to call India to get a pizza? Having to ask “what?” 50 times to try and figure out if a topping isn’t available or the what he was trying to say wasn’t available.

This location refused to add extra sauce on top of the pizza. I have ordered papa John's pizza for over 30yrs and this is the first time this request had been denied to me.. just wondering why.. the staff only said that they couldn't make an exception for me.
