This location refused to add extra sauce on top of the pizza. I have ordered papa John's pizza for over 30yrs and this is the first time this request had been denied to me.. just wondering why.. the staff only said that they couldn't make an exception for me.

I was visiting some family and we wanted pizza. Papa John’s had some good deals and was open late so worked out great. We ordered breadsticks and some extra sauces. We actually got everything and food was great. Seems like most places forget something these days but they didn’t.

Every time I have ordered from the north Vernon location, I’ve been told almost a whole hour before closing that they had no delivery workers. Then, I call and ask to but (&pick up) some pizza sauces and was told I could only place a $8 minimum order… pick up or not.

It's a shame you can't call the store and ask a question or give them details about a delivery. I tried multiple times and got some clown from an order taking service. Glad there's door dash available in this town. No papa John's for me

I simply asked for ranch and the employee at the window look at me like I was stupid keep in mind we got 4 sets of wing and they gave us 1 thing of ranch the dude at the window walked away throwing his hands and giving me looks like I was stupid on his way back
Pizza is good if you like dough . Everytime I ordered even when I explained this to the person taking the order it's still wound up a little undercooked

Ordered at 6pm , it's 945 still not delivered, worst service I have ever seen, they threatened to not deliver it because they didn't have time. Should fire everybody there, if it was my franchise I would do that no question.

I called to order our pizza and had to talk to a call center. It was a Indian guy who could hardly speak English. Talk about tick me off.

Thought I'd give Papa John's a try. I won't be back! After spending 5 min's trying to navigate their phone service someone answered that I absolutely could not understand! I could immediately tell his English wasn't well at all! After spending 10 min's on the phone with this guy I finally got my order in! When I got to the store I asked who answered the phone? Was told we don't answer here!!! Somehow I already knew this! So what they are doing is using a middle Eastern phone answering service my guess would be India!!! That also tells me I'm now paying more to pay for this service that I couldn't even understand! Their large pizza appears to me what most places would be medium! I'll stick to Pizza palace in North Vernon at least I can understand who I'm talking to!!! Was supposed to be meat lovers, was very disappointed with the skimpy toppings!! I had to give the guy from India a fake name because he had no idea what I was saying. So tried to pick a last name he would understand, White. He still had to have me spell it to him!!
