Ordered 10 piece cheesebread. Menu showed $7.25. I was told that I had to order something else to get the cheesebread for $7.25. I said that's not what your menu shows. So my friend ordered something else. Ordered a couple hut boxes. Waited over 45 minutes. I checked everything. Only got 5 cheesebread. Worker said that I got 10. I showed him there was only 5. He went back to talk to another worker. Comes back and tells me to cut the 5 in half. At that point I was mad. My friend said let's just go. Plus the place was dirty. Never will go back.

i pulled up to pickup window guy has no gloves on and then blows his nose on paper towel then goes and gets my pizza w/o washing hands. i'm calling board of health........

Place smelled like a bathroom. All employees were hiding in the back.Dining room was a mess. About made me sick smelling the inside of this place. Will stay far away from this establishment.

We walked in around 9:30 & the place literally stunk. Then when someone came up, they asked if we were picking up an order & we said no, we were going to eat in. He said he'd have to check & walked in the back then another young guy came & asked the same thing. We were like we were planning on eating inside & he proceeded to tell us that we only had 20 min then he was leaving & that it was probably better to get our food to go. We turned around & left, so they may have actually done us a favor. What they didn't know is, we were coming in to have a pizza in honor of my MIL's birthday who ate pizza hut at least 3-4 times a week & who's no longer with us. We definitely won't be back, not just because of the service.....that smell was horrible.

Employees are never around when we go to pick up our order. We have sat in the drive thru for a ridiculously long amount of time multiple times waiting for someone to come to the window. Then once they’re at the window they are extremely rude as if it’s a burden to them that they have to do their job. Most of the time they have no manners. It’s a shame because we love their pizza & breadsticks! Just poor service.
I ordered an ultimate hut bundle off the pizza hut app, it gives me the notification that it's ready, but when I get there the door is locked, this is at 11:45am. Keep in mind, the opening time is 11am sharp. I wait a little bit, then I notice there is a drive thru window, I drive around and I see the only employee in the whole restaurant having a smoke break. Then I check the app again and it reads that the ultimate hut bundle is sold out. This has got to be the worst service I've ever received from a pizza place.

I always get my food quick even with door dash drivers. And it's cheap I think even the delivery fee. The food is great and the people are so kind. Thank you for your good service

The lady at the front desk was really rude act like she didn’t care. Nobody was at the front desk to take orders. We ended up walking out and leaving.
