Got a toasted footlong with light aoli. They put light everything but regular aoli not even toasted. Really getting ridiculous with the fast food in north vernon at this point.

If one employee wants to protect her neck with her mask might as well have the rest of the crew use theirs as headbands. Ill give back an extra star for the food/service improvement. I was contacted by a person higher up in the corporation and asked about my experience. I was extremely impressed that she asked me what the person looked like and the time i had gotten my food. It hopefully indicates she was going to scan the video and find out who was working at the time.
Wheelchair accessibility: I dont think a wheelchair could move very well inside.. The store is small and longer than it is wide.

Always a happy crew quick To make,your sandwich to order accept your coupon they'll try to sell some chips cookies and other snacks button too pushy. One of mine and my wife's favorite. Never had a cc omplaint from Subway.. good job

The place was clean and 95% of the staff was understanding and very nice about my mistake and helped fix it until the cashier decided to get an attitude with me. Its not like I did it on purpose. Find another job if you can't handle people ??♂️

This shoppe used to be our go to. Not now both our subs were done wrong and just were not tasteful. And as we waited two of the three employees spent their time on their phones.
I had pretty good experiences at this Subway. The food is excellent and the staff is friendly. The only downside is that it is much smaller than most Subways with limited seating. This doesn't seem to be much of an issue since most people take out.
