Workers suck. Food sucks. The new hiring manager sucks so bad people are quitting. She's got a bad attitude as well. Don't even bother eating here either because everything gets messed up. Got a few good workers but they are literally only there because it's the only job option for them. Screw this place, seriously.

Have now had 2 orders old, cold and soggy. Haha Or at least not heated up past room temp. I Don’t know completely what’s going on at this location but this taco bell is going down fast. Seems like nobody knows what they are doing there. Hopefully nobody gets sick because everything is untempered or possibly expired due to being in the temperature danger zone for too long. Just a heads up to anyone.

the service sucks. the “manager” who actually isn’t a manager handled my issue cause the actual manager avoided the situation. the beans in the bean burrito basically came straight out the fridge to my burrito. nothing that was supposed to have nacho cheese did not have it. & everything was so cold and soggy when i opened the burritos and tacos the tortillas just peeled off with the paper. this has to be the worst taco bell. a corporate email and call has already been made. if your hungry i suggest you choose somewhere else. you’ll lose your appetite here.

Went there for breakfast before work. Got there at 7:05 after putting a mobile order in. She tells me through the drive through they are opening late and I told her I already put an order online and I’m going to work. Waited there for thirty minutes after she said it would be about ten. People were pulling up to work and not even helping her. They do not understand how to open a store at all and allow workers to come in late and just choose to “open the store late” so this can happen. And to top it all of my order wasn’t even correct. This is definitely a last resort type of place and I should’ve just went to McDonalds.

I live close by and we use this taco bell quite a bit. Sometimes its quick and the food is right. There's other times I sit forever and our food is wrong. They really need to pay attention to the order and get it right. Ive also had times I was missing half my order. My last 2 soft tacos barely had any meat or cheese on it. Wasn't worth the money.

Staff made fun of my autistic daughter for having a meltdown due to a sensory overload then made comments after I took her out to the car to calm down about how they would have beaten her if it was their child. Didn’t know disability shaming was the company culture here. If it wasn’t for the young lady up front cleaning after guests asking my wife if everything was alright I probably would have handled that in an unbecoming manner. Absolutely sick how these employees carry on. Taco Bell, Do better!
Went in for dinner Friday night and although there were 3 young men at the counter we were encouraged to use the kiosk so they could take break. I ordered the cantina chicken taco and the cantina crispy taco. The chicken was so old and hard that it wasn't edible. Meal had to be thrown away. Very disappointed.

They clearly had on their sign 3 dollar steak burrito. The cashier rang up 7 dollars and something. I questioned it. She said we are out of those. I asked for nacho fries. She said we're out of those. I ordered a chicken cantina. She never came back on the speaker. I drove to the window. Another employee was there. I told him what transpired. Talk about lousy service.
They messed up my order multiple times never seem to get it right no matter how many times we go there its always messed up
