The breakfast sausage is ALWAYS dry and cold and the other food, regardless of it being breakfast or anything after lunch is usually luke warm at best and the staff are rude. The prices are so high that without my senior discount, it would be difficult to eat there more frequently.

I always love N.V. Wendy's. My favorite is the #6 with a medium chocolate frosty. However, they've got a lot of goodies to choose from. The foods are always fresh. More so on the first shift. And I believe that's because first shirt is older people who put more effort into good customer service and food quality. vs. second shift, that's more so younger kids that's been at school all day and tired and just want to be at home instead of at work. Which I don't blame them. And I'm not saying they do a horrible job they just are your average teens these days and their work ethics. Lol, Go team N.V Wendy's!

Just to apply for a job, and all I was handed was a paper, and no pen. Good food, this place not good for trying to get a job when the season isn't right. Just waiting to hear back. Nothing against anybody there. Just felt kinda suckered punched.

Alright, if you're ever in North Vernon and you're hungry, Wendy's is the place to be. They've got that Biggie Bag now, and it’s *straight-up* the best deal going. You get a burger, nuggets, fries, and a drink that won’t leave you feeling like you’ve been robbed. No gimmicks, just solid fast food that won’t break the bank.
Let’s talk about the burger first. These are *actual* burgers, not that sad, flat mystery meat stuff you get at some other places. When you bite into a Wendy’s burger, you know you’re in business. Juicy, flavorful, and thick enough to make you feel like you’re getting your money’s worth. If you’re a fan of burgers that don’t suck, Wendy’s is doing it right.
And those fries? I don’t care what anyone says, Wendy’s fries are king. They’re crispy, hot, and perfectly seasoned every damn time. These fries will change your whole life, no joke. They’ve got that crispy outside and soft inside magic that all fries should strive for. And if you don’t dip them in the Frosty, you’re missing out on one of life’s greatest pleasures. Don’t be that person.
Now, the chili. Oh, the chili. This isn’t that watered-down nonsense you get at other places. This chili is hearty, thick, and so flavorful, you’ll forget you even wanted a burger. Honestly, just give me a bowl of that chili, and I’m good to go. If you’re not getting the chili, you’re not doing Wendy’s right. It’s that simple.
But, and here’s my one gripe: the Freestyle machine. Look, I know it’s supposed to be cool and all, but I’m just trying to get a *normal* Coke, not some weird concoction that’s gonna taste like regret. My good friend Jared loves the strawberry Fanta, though, so maybe I’m just a hater. He swears by it. But I’ll stick with the basics, thanks.
The staff here is always friendly and fast. You won’t be sitting in the drive-thru wondering if they forgot about you. They get you in and out, and your food’s always hot and fresh. They’re pros at this whole fast food thing.
So, in conclusion, Wendy’s in North Vernon is where you go if you want quick, tasty, and satisfying fast food. Biggie Bag? You bet. Juicy burgers? Of course. Fries that are basically perfect? Yup. Chili that’ll make you forget your name? Hell yeah. And a Frosty to top it off? Always.
5 stars. Would give 6 stars if they ditched the stupid Freestyle machine and just gave me free refills on chili.

They always get my order correct. I will say the food used to be better on the first shift. They made sure they weren't using the parts of tomatoes they shouldn't be using. Like the ends.

Gotten a combo meal and sandwich 2 cups of chili with cheese and onion. Spent over $37.00 fries was cold the rest Not bad just ok. People are spending a lot of money on fast food so people let's get the orders correct with napkins and utensils if needed.. Wendy's your better than some but remember others are still wanting the customers to come to their restaurant's .
Staff was extremely polite, and my food was correct and warm. They also remembered napkins.

Two hamburgers that appeared raw, it was cold, pink. and no phone pickup. Very professional. The food has been so good in the past that the family keeps going back. I really enjoy the spicy chicken but over the past couple years the sandwiches have started to get a nasty fish taste. Dont know if its the tomato, lettuce, cheese, bun, sause, or some other ingredient. My family has split the item with me and they get the same taste from it.
