Hopefully a manager sees this. The short guy behind the counter is unbelievably rude. He continuously grabs the wrong thing behind the counter and I try and correct him and he gets angry at me. It’s not my mistake he is grabbing the wrong item. This happens almost every time I see him. I always greet him by saying “Hey hows it going today?” and I’m openly being nice to him for him to always just get snotty with me. Everyone else who works there is beyond nice. This guy has an attitude issue. Manager def needs to speak to him about being friendly with customers like the rest of the crew does. I’m going to start getting rude back to him otherwise.

Great variety for a convenience gas station. Had 9 different brands of coffee to choose!! Pizza and quick snacks. Gas pumps are arranged well and quite a lot of pumps. Great place.

Family Express is always clean and stocked with whatever it is they have. I've been into some stations where the bathrooms are completely disgusting and they are out of the common necessity. Never disappointed with Family Express.

Dog wash is not worth it. No soap or shampoo came out or they have it so diluted it doesn't even show up. Will continue to use the dog wash at John's auto spa in Nappanee!
