Brisket is top tier I would prefer a touch more smoke but that is personal taste. Chile was hearty with quality ingredients but could use a bit more spice again personal taste. The mac needs help. Will continue patronage. The owner is personable and friendly and appreciates your biz. Thumbs up!
If you’ve driven through North Webster, IN on a Wednesday-Saturday afternoon/evening and not eaten here, turn that jalopy around and head back. It’s a destination eating spot. Leave your fancy clothes at home. This is just good eating. It’s a 10 on the taste chart!
The food was delicious! The manager (maybe the owner… not sure) was so nice. We had a funny encounter and he was very gracious! Great sense of humor. We live in Ohio but will definitely go there again when we are in town and will tell everyone we know!!!
