The place is huge! They have lots of signage you don’t see in other places. Upon entering I was greeted very welcoming by sherry! Let me tell you this lady should be the standard for customer service! She made my sandwich, offered to toast the veggies add the sauce before roasting. I’ve been to a number of subways and have never been treated so kindly and offered any of these things. Great experience!

Outside ordering is done at the window due to the sign having issues. Little slower since they are also helping inside patrons and can’t always see the vehicles at the window. Food was made correctly and staff was friendly and kind.

I come here at least once a week. Sherri has become like a dear friend. I walk in and she always greets me with a smile and asks if I'm getting a dozen cookies today or just a couple. I honestly look forward to the days I go to subway and see Sherri's smiling face.
This Subway drive-thru is better organized than any I have been to in Fort Wayne or Indianapolis! Thank you for not making me repeat myself to get the order in.
