I love using this local delivery service to send meals to friends family, and church members during times of need. I've always had excellent service, they call me if they cannot find an address or a restaurant is out of something and needs to substitute, and when used for ourselves (rare treat) food is always hot, order correct and service polite! So much more comfortable with this professional local business than Uber eats, grub hub, door dash, etc.

Super annoying to deal with when you're the person who has to get the food ready. If we don't have something it becomes a back and forth between us, dine in, and the customer. Took almost an hour once to make an order because we had to keep calling back and forth due to not even having everything for the majority of the order

I was traveling home today on Ironwood road in South Bend. One of your drivers decided to cut me off by speeding up To get in front of me because he had to turn. He easily could have slowed down, gotten into the lane behind me, and then turned off Ironwood onto SR23. Instead he decided to cut me off while displaying a big sign that said Dine-in delivery service! This was a red Chevy with license plate YCK-236. Being a rude and aggressive driver while advertising your company's name surely doesn’t help bring customers to your business! This left a negative memory in my mind and you now have one less potential customer. In addition, I’ll tell all my circle of contacts!
