I gave up on Wings Etc many years ago because the food got worse over the years. Last month, a family member had a birthday party in the basement, and the wings were outstanding. So, I decided to give them a try again last night. They were absolutely TERRIBLE! They were NOTHING like the ones at the birthday party. The ones I received last night were tiny, tasted rubbery, and tough, almost like they were boiled before fried, barely had any sauce on them, there was a long hair in my hot honey garlic wings. Paid $34 dollars for food that I threw away. My kids wouldn't even eat it. Do better Wings Etc ?

It took 50 minutes to get a beer and a water on a wednesday night. 50 minutes! Our whole table got their beers but I didnt recieve mine. The server left and it took me another 10 minutes to find our server to then be told they're out of that beer. Okay, so you were just never gonna tell me? A few minutes later my beer and water arrive. I know the bar was busy so why not bring the water? The food arrived promptly after we ordered it but that was still over an hour after we got there! If you know the bar is slow why not take our order? They really skimped on the fries too. I got maybe 4 decent sized curly fries. Then it took another 20 minutes to get the check. Slowest service I've seen in quite some time. At least the food was good cause this whole ordeal took over 2 hours.

So ordered takeout from here today, and my mom got halfway through her burger and literally there was 2 pieces of hair malted into the burger…. Gross. Wear hairnets in the back.
Ordered carry out as we do about every 3 months. Order came right to us after we walked in the door at the estimated pick up time. Food was mostly ice cold and missing multiple items of the order. When inquired we had to bring the whole bag back in. Not a big deal but cold food just got even colder. For being pretty regular customers with large to go orders every few months for years, I was unsatisfied with the quality (cold food) and then waiting to have the rest of our food made. For a 140$ bill I'd expect better.
