My husband and I visited for the first time yesterday and it was amazing! We both got coffees, Avacado toast, and bacon. Everything was delicious! Service was great too.

It's adorable. They have crustless quiche, gf muffins, gf bread for sandwiches and ossian ham. They have all kinds of specialty drinks too.

I drive from Fort Wayne just to eat here! There's not a cafe in Fort Wayne that offers a menu as broad as Crimson house does. Always multiple baked goods and quiches to choose from, and extensive syrup options for lattes! Worth the drive. :)

My favorite coffee shop!!! The staff is so sweet and welcoming + the coffee is always fresh and strong. They have gluten free + dairy free options which is huge for me, and they actually taste SO GOOD. I love the gf chocolate muffin & a 20oz cold brew with iced coffee ice cubes! Plus they have a drive through or a super clean and cozy inside if you want to bring your laptop to chill. 10/10 would recommend.

This little place has great food and really good service! A really nice and relaxing atmosphere as well.

Vegetarian options: Don't be a vegetarian, that's the best advice I can give you.

Crimson House is a GEM in a small town. It is literally a crimson house that has been remade into a coffee shop. Great food, beautiful & clean shop, and friendly service are all things I like in a restaurant and Crimson has it all.

Every time I get a coffee through the drive thru they hand it to me leaking coffee. This has happened at least 4 times. This last time I was handed the coffee with it dripping out of the cup. I opened the lid and found out that it was filled to the very top of the cup. I had coffee spilled everywhere and had to dump out the excess. The coffee tasted only like creamer and had no coffee taste at all. I’m done going here and spending money with incompetent people. The food is good and the staff are friendly and I love to support local businesses but this is ridiculous.

On this week's highlighted area coffee shop, I went to Ossian to visit Crimson House Cafe. It's right on the main road through town. This is an actual converted house with a wonderful front and back porch, including plenty of seating with a few rooms that can be closed off for meetings or gatherings. There's a little selling space to browse as you stand in line to order.Upon reaching the display case you see a pretty good mix of cake pops, Reese's bars, monkey bread, giant iced cookies, and many different muffin choices.I had a medium hot chocolate that was pretty fantastic. It had whipped cream and chocolate drizzle for $3.74, which is pretty standard anymore for a hot chocolate at a coffee shop. It's one of the best hot chocolates I've had in a while.I got to meet the owner, Catrina. She worked at Crimson House at some point in the past and when the previous owners decided they wanted to move on, they asked her if she was interested. She took over the store 1-1-2023. The staff that was working the day I visited moved like a well-oiled machine. These guys have breakfast and lunch 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Closed on Sundays and Mondays. They do have a drive up window, which is in the photos below. It seems to be very busy and people love the convenience.I really enjoyed my visit and would like to come back when it's not pouring rain so I can sit on the porch.Have you tried Crimson House? What food item should I get the next time I go?

A warm and cozy place to meet up with a friend. The Chai latte was good. Good variety of teas and coffee.

Parking: Parking is located at back. Not easy to find from the main road. Access is from side street.
