Prices are to high. Service is slow and the biggest issue is that they charge extra for items that are supposed to be included. Got charged 50 cents for the dip that was supposed to come with the new dippers. Do yourself a favor and order through the app so they can't tack on extra charges!

I went in around 9:30am this morning and the lady who made my sandwich was short and rude. I’m actually very disappointed because I am 8 months pregnant and craving subway so bad. I was on my lunch break from work so I didn’t open my sandwich till I got back to my job. The vegetables were not fresh and the meat had an odd taste. Long story short I went hungry for lunch. As a former Subway employee, I don’t appreciate the customer service or quality of service i received today.

I don’t even want to give them 1 star! My service was absolutely terrible!! I went in at a little after 10 for a sub and the lady working was beyond RACIST! Used the N WORD to insult me MULTIPLE times because I came back in after discovering MOLD on my sandwich!

Full of drama. Racial discriminates against employees and fires people for no reason and then also makes sure u don't get hired anywhere else and lies to unemployment. Do not work for this subway. They treat there employees unfairly and it isn't worth the pay. They didn't take me or my man's health issues into consideration and discriminated against black people.

Wow really horrible, they didn't have everything we ordered so they had to substitute plus I ordered xtra mayo on my sandwich and got none, my wife ordered xtra meat and didn't get it, the pretzels were hard the bread was hard and it just wasn't very fresh or good. I can see why their is always a sighn up "now hiring" because it's hard to get good help to serve bad food.

Went to subway in Ossian on my way home from ft Wayne and I had a lady by the name of Crissy wait on me. She was very polite respectful to my husband and my needs. She gave us great service.

The actual workers here have always been pleasant in my experience, but when people are forced to wait for 30+ minutes because only one person is scheduled and trying to handle a lunch rush alone, that’s insane and not the worker’s fault. This is an issue management should sort, ASAP. Not fair to the customer or the worker.

Called 4 hours before I needed a big order. Lady was very rude on the phone! I needed 8 plain turkey and 7 plain ham subs and a salad, and once I placed my order w DoorDash (she said she had no help) she cancelled my order through them. Now I have to wait for the refund to come back.I’m sorry but 4 hrs should be plenty of time to make plain subs for some hungry swim kids!! ??

To start this off I have been a long time costumer and I have never received such rude service. The food has been great every time until now. Let me explain, a worker rushed me through my sandwich mind you I’m the only one there. Second I asked for a handful of pickles. This is what she said! “I’m not going to do that it’s not my motto and I still need product for the other customers.” We live in a very small town and there isn’t a lot of business there, so with that worker they are going to lose even more business. Sadly I didn’t get a name I was very upset and just needed to get out of there I should have not bought the product. -Aiden Curry

Walked into this Subway was waiting to place my order. There was nobody in the drive through but yet the person behind the counter told me. I had to wait for drive through and I told them. They could keep their sandwich so if you can't have enough employees behind the counter to take care of your drive through. And you're walking, you need to close the store and get rid of the people. It's there because they're not worth having them there anyway. And you don't treat a customer like that.
