I love Subway so I will continue to go back, but this is the only subway that I’ve been to that makes sandwiches with very little ingredients.

I made a online order at 1it said my order would be ready for pick up at 1:15. I waited until 1:35 to get my order mind you 5 cars came i after me to order they was placing a order and theirs came out before mine did. How did i have to wait 20 min for my food and they got theirs before I gotten mine. Get it together this is crazy if I could have left no stars then I would have

All the employees were great and friendly. The woman working was kindly teaching a new employee and was great showing him what to do. We don’t normally go to our local Subways because I don’t typically have good experiences (we don’t live near this location), but I’ll definitely stop here again when we’re driving through!

I went in the particular subway yesterday and a kind man with the name Cash served me he asked how my day was going and made sure my sandwich was just how I liked it. It was getting to be rush out and he handled everyone’s order well with a timely manner too!

Just ordered and got home with it 2 ft long one bacon chicken ranch double meat and a monster the guy stood there and ask what type of cheese said American get to house and no cheese on it just ridiculous no one can do job right cost us 34 dollars and a tip and can't do job right

Stood there for half hour first in line, somebody comes in and takes their order for cookies, nothing said to me or nothing done for me not very good service, Will drive to Borden Subway before I ever go back out to Palmyra

Subway is subway... a bit over priced. New menu makes it difficult to order what I want. Chicken salad would taste better with mirrical whip and sweet relish. I brought my own.

Ordered on the app for in store pick up. Got 3 foot long pepperoni wraps. Inspected them and returned. They were cold, ingredients were falling out and there was literally nothing in them but 2 pepperonis and 1 slice of cheese. I go back in and ask them to be heated and add more to them?? I get they're $3 a piece, but come on. They took nothing out of the bags, just threw the bags in the microwave and told me they couldn't add more. There wasn't a worker in there over the age of 16. This wasn't the first ridiculous encounter I've had at this location, but it was by far the worst food I've ever taken home. Sad that one of only 2 local places in palmyra has such a lack of awareness. The GAS STATION FOOD IS BETTER THAN SUBWAY!
