I went in the particular subway yesterday and a kind man with the name Cash served me he asked how my day was going and made sure my sandwich was just how I liked it. It was getting to be rush out and he handled everyone’s order well with a timely manner too!

Just ordered and got home with it 2 ft long one bacon chicken ranch double meat and a monster the guy stood there and ask what type of cheese said American get to house and no cheese on it just ridiculous no one can do job right cost us 34 dollars and a tip and can't do job right

Stood there for half hour first in line, somebody comes in and takes their order for cookies, nothing said to me or nothing done for me not very good service, Will drive to Borden Subway before I ever go back out to Palmyra

Subway is subway... a bit over priced. New menu makes it difficult to order what I want. Chicken salad would taste better with mirrical whip and sweet relish. I brought my own.

Ordered on the app for in store pick up. Got 3 foot long pepperoni wraps. Inspected them and returned. They were cold, ingredients were falling out and there was literally nothing in them but 2 pepperonis and 1 slice of cheese. I go back in and ask them to be heated and add more to them?? I get they're $3 a piece, but come on. They took nothing out of the bags, just threw the bags in the microwave and told me they couldn't add more. There wasn't a worker in there over the age of 16. This wasn't the first ridiculous encounter I've had at this location, but it was by far the worst food I've ever taken home. Sad that one of only 2 local places in palmyra has such a lack of awareness. The GAS STATION FOOD IS BETTER THAN SUBWAY!
Your employees are rude, you get one barely shredded line of meat on your sandwich and get charged $15 plus. Not even any meat on that one side. Will be my last experience at this location!

Spent $60 on 3 subs &3 churros, meat was dried out and churros greasy , soggy and inedible. The quality of food was BAD, threw it away. Service was horrible and management worse. Don’t waste your money.

Went to use a coupon (advertised here on Google Maps too) for a B1G1 foot long. Coupon says it’s online only, cool. I go to place my order and apparently the location stops taking online orders at a certain time. Also fine, I get it. When I explain the situation to the employee all I get is a head shake “no”. And I ask more specifically if he can’t actually help me since this is kinda well outside of my control and I get another head shake “no”. Maybe I’ve just worked at a different Subway owned by a different person, but it was pretty commonplace to help a customer when we could. Least he could have done was some verbal communication and maybe apologize for the inconvenience, but I didn’t even get that. :)

The guys that prepared our sandwiches were friendly, courteous and patient. I was ordering a sandwich for my sister, over the phone, and she didn't know what she wanted on her sandwich. They got a little chuckle out of it.
