I used to work/help manage pizza hut, but I have to say, I'm very disappointed with my latest few orders. We used to help promote deals. When did a MEDIUM pizza and cheese sticks become $30?! Not to mention the wait time. I don't know what has happened but I looked at deals on the website, and there were better deals for bigger bundles. Needless to say, I canceled the pizza. There's another pizza shop in town now. Not to mention Walmart! But 30 mins already and still no cheese sticks? Find the problem and come up with the solution. As a former employee, it hurts me to have to leave this review :( it's saddening, really!
Says open till 10pm but is a lie. Got here at 9 to order and take back to air b n b and they were closed while staff was sitting in lobby on their phones.

The worst ever didn't get out food for 40 minutes we were the first people to sit down and why we waited on our food everyone else was getting there's I won't be back. And to top it all off the district manager was in there saw what was going on he did nothing he left.

I don’t recommend ordering from here. They are very unprofessional and irresponsible, at 9:21 pm today Saturday I ordered a pizza and he asked if it was for delivery and I said yes, after I told him the address and do the payment, an hour later I called because it didn’t arrive and the young man tells me they don’t do delivery after charging my card and saying yes. My mother asks for the phone to ask why they told me earlier they did deliver and the employee was very rude and told her they don’t do delivery and will be refunding me. Which was very abusive considering the time that we invested waiting for our food.

I called in to order pizzas for a large family. Everyone wanted different items. I wasn’t really sure how to get all that I wanted so that everyone had what they liked. A lady named Jill helped me. She was so awesome and kind over the phone and help me get everyone pizzas and told me about a coupon even for one of my items.
