Service is outrageously angering. Comjng here could cause you to leave enraged. I always feel uncomfortable in this Subway and only went 3 times and stopped going. Extremely disrespectful employees especially the woman running the store who screams and disrespects customers on a regular basis and in a condescending and racist manner at that. Being a food safety manager myself and having worked in the food industry for several years it is clear to see that the owners as well as their employees at this particular spot were not meant to work in the food industry and should not be allowed to continue to operate as many complaints about this location are circulating on Facebook as well. If I could give it zero Stars I would.
The store workers are very rude and have no patience with their customers. I wouldn't even order delivery from the place. So disappointing being as tho its the only local subway. đ
I got there almost at closing time. The store was empty. It appeared to be clean and in order. The food was fresh and yummy.
Overpriced but what isn't anymore?
Very poor service. Horrible employees with no respect. Told my child to dump her drink after he gave her a water cup, yet he tells her there is no water but she canât have a soda. Super rude how the middle aged man treated my 10 year old daughter. I would give this place a zero and I would definitely go to the health department on how nasty they are and how nasty the restaurant is. I was a GM and and now a DM of a restaurant and if my stores looked liked this I would shut the doors down and hire all new people because the ones running it donât know what they are doing and very freaking disrespectful. No wonder this place is dead. Watch your food, my daughters food had a plastic piece in it and also her drink did also

I love the couple that run this store! I literally come every day lol They have always been super friendly and helpful. I made a mistake once when ordering through the app and they not only helped me fix it, but the next time I came they gave me a free extra sandwich with my order â„ïž I donât understand the bad reviews..if youâre nice to people, theyâre usually nice to you.

Guy was visibly upset that I wanted extra pickles... Got home, hair in the food. Can't tell me that was not on purpose. It's absolutely disgusting. They refuse to take coupons even though we get them in the mail for that subway, but that is very minor considering how rude he was about the pickles and having hair in my food. Disgusting all around. Attitude, hair in the food- Im good on that.

Do not order the footlong church. It was so tough we could not eat it. Must have been microwaved to heat it up. Not a fan of the service not as Friendly as in the past. Too hard to understand their English. Made me pay before they fixed the sandwiches which I never had to do at any other Subway.

I typically have little to no issue with this location but today marks the end of visiting this location. Ordered a footlong sub, a churro sidekick, and two cookies. The bread on the sub was hard (edible still) but the churro and 2 cookies were hard as a rock, completely uneatable. I couldnât even break or pull the churro apart it was so hard. The cookies, I couldnât break them apart either. I went in to either get new food that was edible or a refund. The workers there speak little to no English, I had to explain to him several times what the issue was. He offered to replace the food and served me the cookies first, still hard as a rock. I tried to break them in front of him with no luck. After arguing and arguing, I finally got a refund followed by a very rude comment muttered under his breath. You sell people food so they can EAT it. Yet throws a fit when you ask for a refund after all replacement food is hard and uneatable. Absolutely ridiculous. I donât see how this location has lasted as long as it has. I DONT recommend. For the amount of money I spent in one order, it should have been edible, right? ?
