Love Biggby it's 100x better than Starbucks there food/ treats are yummy and they have many options for gluten free and other accommodations! I stopped in here randomly not knowing what to get I'm not a big coffee person... the staff helped me find something I would like and are super friendly! I now am a regular & a coffee person 😼 and pricing is great and they always have specials running every week along with good coupons and in app 😀

Walked in to the Pendleton Biggby Coffee store as the only customer in the store and wasn’t greeted but instead there was one girl sitting behind the counter on the floor on her cell phone and the other two were walking around headless like they didn’t even know what they were supposed to do so after waiting patiently to be helped and nobody stepping up to help I walked out and was even trying to be nice enough to say “have a good day” and they didn’t even acknowledge that so it’s clear to say they need to do some new hiring here cause they’re either not capable of working at a job that involves customers or they’re just completely rude to everyone. Workplaces really shouldn’t allow kids to have their phones on them while clocked in anyway even if they’re not busy cause it’s a bad look on the business and hopefully these specific employees can understand the importance of being friendlier to strangers in life and grow up because nobody wants to be at work but it’s life and they’ve got a long road ahead of them but by their attitudes I’m sure they could care less.

My husband and I were hopefully when new ownership took over Biggby Pendleton
we waited to write a review to see if changes would be implemented to improve some of our complaints, but alas we still are facing the same issues with every visit to this Biggby location. Every time, and I legitimately mean every time we go, our order is wrong in some way. I’m not being dramatic or even trying to be negative. I just want to share this in the hopes that new management can implement some changes to their system, because it’s annoying to have something wrong every time we go. Some of the things that have been made incorrectly over the last few months:Bragels made without cream cheese, eggs, or meats entirely. Every time we order we specify we want these elements, yet they still get missed despite being in the recipe of a bragel.Blast energy drinks have been made with flat/non carbonated soda water, without boba, with the wrong syrup flavor, or just mixed incorrectly making them taste awful.Again, not trying to be a Karen here. Just would love to see improvements made to this business as when our food is made correctly we love coming here and the people are so nice.

I’ve tried to support BIGGBY locally simply to encourage a decent drive thru option. I always thought they were a little more expensive but the quality was there and the drive-thru crew were efficient. Waiting for a pizza next door, I walked in and ordered a 20 oz Americano. It was $7+ and it kind of floored me. I asked her to double check and it was confirmed. Good product but a little hard to take spending over 8 dollars for a strong cup of coffee and tip. I’ll save my coffee runs for special occasions only.UPDATE: apparently it was a 1-time mistake by the person taking the order. It was not an attempt to price gouge. Thanks to the owner for reaching out and clarifying.

said we were crazy because she got the drunk wrong.

Stopped in for egg bites. Service was nice but eggs tasted like they came from powder. No flavor at all. Didn’t even taste like eggs.

The absolute best alternative (non corporate chain run) coffee shop in the State of Indiana. Really hoping they are willing to expand and branch out. If you haven't been, this place is a must to experience and give a try. 100% better than Starbucks, and 200% more friendly staff workers here. This is one of those rare places left standing where they have poured their hearts out into every cup, and serve a piece of it with each and every breakfast dish for all of the local commuters and travellers afar that roll through there to start their day off right!

Parking: Most people on their commute opt for the drive thru, so safe to say there is always ample parking

Kid-friendliness: They have a non caffeinated fun drink menu for the kids

Excellent coffee, espresso and other drinks. There are literally hundreds of choices and you can find something you'll like better than that other place. The bagel sandwiches are also really tasty. Service is excellent and the bariatas are super nice. Lots of seats inside as well as a drive thru.

While no issues with the service or product, I have a problem with parking. I come from New Castle to utilize the salon next door. I look forward to stopping by Biggby after. I am older , and while I do have a handicap sticker,I prefer not to tie up the 1 handicap spot in front of your shop for the amount of time I am in the salon. When complaining about parking to salon management, it was brought to my attention that the front spots were all taken by your employees. Not to good for walk in business I would think. I ended up parking 4 stores down where their was a sign posted reserving for their customers only. Shouldn't employees catch the back row to encourage business for all the owners? Might want to do some customer consideration there!!!!

When the order is correct it's great! But every single one of my orders have been wrong! And they take FOREVER even if there's only me in the drive thru and no other customers in the building or in the drive thru lane ..... And their drive-thru has a huge pothole that's hard to not have to drive in in order to get out of the parking lot.!
