I really had fun eating here with my friends!!! I had a large yummy blizzard with my chicken tenders!! The cashier is also very polite and kind, they wave everytime!!

at the pendleton dairy queen i was very excited to go in and enjoy one of my favorite meals. i was very surprised when my 4 pc. chicken tender basket came with two unevenly cut pieces of bread. not toast. i then went up and asked for some toasty bread and was again surprised when they said that they don’t have butter. why can’t you butter my toast? or better yet why can’t you even make the toast you advertise rather than slapping two pieces of bread in the box. i was very unhappy with my visit but i heard the cheese curds were good.

I was in the Dairy Queen and I heard the manager, who was named Julie, yelling and talking bad about a teenage worker for being sick, while said worker was present. On top of that, the worker was refused a break when they requested one.

I go there in an order a hot fudge sundae. Instead they put chocolate sauce on it when I went back to ask for them to fix it they refused to do it when I ask for a refund they refuse to give me a refund I have my daughters with me I was not trying to get irate with these people Proceeded to slam the drive-through window and walked away. I will be looking into suing this place, and if the odor reads this, please reach out to me taking somebody’s money with the level of customer service at that was displayed is unprofessional and to do that in front of my kids is very unsettling.

Ordered for 2adults, had hamburger with everything, 1hamberger with Nothing(specified No cheese) Got the order wrong. All the food was cold, the burgers and the French fries. And at a cost of $26. Will Nevergo back to Any Dairy Queen, ever!!

Love the chicken strip basket with gravy! You have to dunk the chicken strips and the fries in the gravy. ALL of the ice cream is great also but it's really hard for ice cream to not be great.
Parking: Parking lot is small but Needlers parking lot is huge and basically connected to DQ.
Kid-friendliness: They have a normal kids menu. Hamburger, hot dog and chicken fingers along with a few other kid friendly items.
Wheelchair accessibility: I'm in a wheelchair myself and I am able to get around the parking lot. They do have handicap parking and wheelchair ramps. Inside is a little cramped but I am still able to wheel around. The bathroom is also tight but it is usable.
