Falls Perk Coffee House

Cutest little coffee place with cozy, modern vibes! They had a bunch of original and seasonal specials! We tried the gingerbread dirty chai and the caramel creme brulee latte and both were great. Staff were friendly and service was fast!

Very cute and cozy coffee house! The coffee fragrance fills the entire building and the overall feel is very warm. I got the muddy Irish latte and it was yum. We ended up sitting outside this visit on the side patio.

Salted caramel mocha and caramel iced latte were delicious! Place was packed due to the festival, but they had the staff to handle it! Always enjoy our coffee from here!

Great ambience and friendly staff. The coffee is very good and a nice selection of sandwiches and desserts. This is indoor and outdoor seating as well as a place for kids.

The coffee was great, the girl who took my order was kind, professional, and helpful in recommending a drink for me. HOWEVER, a family was allowing their child to scream at the top of his lungs (not in a regular way that a child is loud).The child was crashing into the furniture and rage screaming the entire time. Several people got up and left. I could not complete my work on my computer. I was seeking a relaxing, professional environment. What i experienced was comparable to a mosh pit in the middle of a library. At what point do you, as a business, feel its necessary to politely approach the customer and let them know they are being disruptive to the other customers and causing an unpleasant experience. It was absolutely out of control. I left there irritated and shaking, with a migraine. It pretty much killed my perception of this place, not sure if ill be back due to the fact that ill associate it with the first nightmare experience I had here. Otherwise, I would've given 5 stars. You're not a franchise, there's no HR to answer to.... set a standard, and don't let someone create chaos for other patrons please. It was inexcusable.

Such an adorable spot! Drove over an hour to finally experience it after following for 5+ years. The coffee was AMAZING! I highly recommend the “Dirty Hippie”!!!! Staff was so friendly, efficient, and made such yummy drinks!
