Great Place, Great Service, Clean, & Awesome Service! Our Waiter Was Carlos. He Was Friendly, Explained What A Couple Things On The Menu Were, & Kept Chdcking On Us! We Got Our Food Really Quick! We Got Chicken & Steak Fajitas, A Beer, & Sweet Tea! The Food Was Yummy!! Highly Recommend It!

Wow! What a gem! We are here from California and wanted a restaurant for taco Tuesday! The is so nice inside and VERY clean! Our server was on point! I had the Quesabirra and hubby had the Enchilada Supreme! Both were amazing! Margaritas were quite yummy as well!

The town of Pendleton is lucky to have such a high-level Mexican food establishment so close to home. I have been coming here for years + can attest to the friendliness of the staff and consistent food quality and cleanliness of the establishment. They expanded the bar area and have crafted a truly special space that you should check out sometime you are visiting Pendleton, Indiana!

Just passing through town at dinner time, was thinking about grabning some Mexican food and I really wanted a great chile relleno. Super friendly folks, our server was awesome, food came quickly and the relleno is exactly what I wanted. Not sure that I'll ever get back to the area but if I do, then I'll stop in at Hacienda Vieja for more rellenos!

Overall it was good the food is a little spicy but the flavor was good . It comes down to a preference as to weather or not you like you food spicy or not . I suggest if you are considering it to try it you may think it is perfect for you . I really liked the decor and vibe of the restaurant and it was very clean on the Sunday we visited.

This place makes you feel like family! Great food, great service, and best margaritas in Indiana!!!
Not a bad place for a decent Mexican meal. Mostly typical Mexican fare, but the chips and salsa were a bit different from other places, so that is a nice change.

We have visited this restaurant several times and always had a good experience. Last night we walked in and my wife asked the two youg Latinas ladies if we could set at the bar! She immediately recieved a very negative and unfriendly attitude from both ladies? When the go to the bar and take our seats. The two male bartenders walk away and dissappear. 20 minutes passes and a older guy shows up with 3 crosses tattooed on his neck. He Asks for our drink order and I ask about tequila selection and try to make friendly conversation. He seemed hesitant to take our order and like we were inconvenienceing him? 5 minutes later a very large and menacing Hispanic lady shows up at the bar. She ignores us for about 10 minutes then asks in a very aggressive tone if we are ready to order. This women was nothing less than terrible and extremely rude very negative attitude! My wife orders and then I tell her I want the 3 tacos in hard shells rice and beans. She immediately has a very intolerant and inhospitable attitude with me and I have to explain what I want 3 times and she is angry! At this point I realize something is definitely not right and we are being subjected to very rude and hostile treatment and we have no understanding why? I asked the bartender about the shrimp ceviche special posted at the door. He asks the terrible large lady and they both act like no idea and then say "oh yes OK? The Ceviche never arrives! Meals are served and I receive 3 plain tacos and nothing more. I ask the large lady about my rice and beans and she snaps at me that comes with a different entre. She did not to take my order and was very rude anyway so the mistake was all her! The level of hostility coming from this women's presence was unreal. My wife and I could not believe how unfriendly and negative this environment was towards me! I paid ( NO TIP) and we left promptly and will never return to this very strange and hostile establishment. We then go to Wolfies at the west end of town to watch the game. I share the very strange and bizzare experience we had at Hacienda and the 3 young hostesses at Wolfies tell us they have also been treated very rudely by the hostesses at Hacienda as well as other people they know living in the area! So there you have it Hacienda is developing a very bad reputation locally for being very rude to customers starting with their attitudinal and ride hostesses. Avoid the establishment!
