This is one of the best places in Pendleton to eat! The food is always cook to order, quick, and delicious! The lady who normally works up front is so sweet, friendly, and respectful! I love this restaurant and the people who work there! Thank you!
Order take out.....and don't look around too much when you pick it up.
The food is always good, the service is quick and ok.....but the place looks dirtier every time I walk in. However, I will keep getting take out because the food is inexpensive and good.

If you live in the Anderson area and you want Chinese, then do yourself a favor and drive to Pendleton for the Happy Dragon. The food quality and flavor as well as the friendly owner make it worth the extra 5 or 10 minute drive.
