Forgot an entire burger. Out of 2 meals that I ordered. Place wasn't busy. This actually ruined Hardee's for me. I'm not going back to any location man. The only way to get a refund, they have to call the general manager, and then I have to drive all the way back to the store to get my refund. Nope.

This is the best Hardee’s I have ever been to! The staff is so polite and fun. It is also very clean. I will gladly spend my money here to support them!Kid-friendliness: Have respect for kids and made eye contact with them when they ordered.

Normally a great experience at this Hardee's, but the woman taking my order this day was on the phone the whole time talking about a car purchase with someone and was completely inattentive to me. She walked away 2 times while trying to get my drink. The cook ended up walking upfront to get me my drink. I think this was both unprofessional and rude.
