I have been here many times over the years. The food and ice cream haven't changed a bit, always a treat! The staff members do try to get the orders out promptly, but when it is busy, you may have a shorwait; however, it's worth it.

Not great, not terrible. The tenderloin was a formerly-frozen glorified fritter rather than house-made, but I happen to like them both. The fries were absolutely nothing special. The baked beans were just weird, in an over-the-top sweet, orange-color, water/sauce that tasted only of green bell peppers. Because they were loaded with green bell peppers. Very odd. The chocolate shake wasn't terrible but something was a little off. Idk.
I've driven by many times and finally stopped in. Now I can cross it off the list. If someone else is buying, I'd eat here again.

Best BBQ in Indiana? Lord I hope not. I ordered a BBQ sandwich and asked what came with it and was told nothing. So I ordered a root beer float. As soon as I sat down I saw the special was a BBQ sandwich with FF and beans. I received neither.
BBQ was very basic, no pickles or onion on the side, no condiments or napkins on the table. Root beer float was mostly root beer.
I would go back to try the burger. They can keep the best BBQ in Indiana...

I was visiting from out of town and a local residents told me about this place. I feel like I found gold anytime I head back in the area I'll be looking for this place. Everything was so fresh and you could tell the hamburgers were freshly cooked and very tasty and juicy, perfct and a rare find these days. They even had picnic tables and back under shaded trees. It would be so nice if there was other restaurants as good as this!!

First time there… employees were rude and overall treated my party like outsiders. Not at all expected to be treated that way but staff was unapologetically rude. Will not be returning and I warn other first timers to save yourself the trip and skip Jimmy’s.

I will give credit where credit is due, I was 3rd in line at the drive thru and they handled the line VERRY quickly, and the ice cream (what there was of it) tasted as it was supposed to
I ordered a medium Tangerine ice cream cone and it cost $4.45. this is what I got. A narrow tower of ice cream where I could see down into several of the holes. As you can see I licked the top but you can clearly see the swirl marks from the machine showing this is how it was put into there. And the kicker was when I got to the cone it tasted stale to me. Idk I use to like this place when I was a kid which is why I went here. But this was VERRY DISAPPOINTING.
