This is my 4th or 5th time here. The fries are NEVER fresh, at least fill it up! They always mess up the order. How hard is it to bag what you read? Stale fries and cold food. When you call to get a hold of someone the line is always busy. Cars in drive thru take too long. If it's a mobile order lines should move faster.

When you order from the table and expect it to come to the table. You'll be disappointed. They just call out the table number. I guess that service is done and gone. So Listen for your table number or you might not get your meal.

To be fair, I don't usually eat mcdonalds... in town for work and there aren't a lot of options for lunch or early breakfast. This restaurant has pretty decent food quality (for McDonald's), however the restaurant is not very clean and they sometimes have issues printing receipts.

I kid you not - I just went through both drive-thru windows and nobody spoke a single word to me. Not the cracked out guy who took my payment, nor the girl who handed me my food without looking.

After much experience this is the Worst McDonald’s around. Rude employees who won’t even look at you when standing at the front. Waited over 10+ mins for a door dash order and not one person said a word to me until I had to get someone’s attention just to see what was going on or if the order was ready. Even then I was met with rudeness. Guy making it was annoyed that I asked but god forbid a customer needs SERVICE, moving slower than ever, gossiping with everyone around him, when I said I’ve been waiting over ten mins this girl with red hair and pigtails said “well yeah there’s only 3 people here” well then why did I just see you standing on your phone and texting for 3+ mins? If you’re that busy and behind why are we pulling out our phones, right in front of the same customers you’re ignoring?
Why can’t anyone at this location acknowledge people standing in the front needing help? If you’re behind why can’t the employees communicate that? If you see me standing there very obviously waiting on an order and I’ve been there for a while, acknowledge it. That is very basic customer service in which this McDonald’s location severely lacks. Would have a lot less upset customers if they would act like they can talk to people. They do every thing they can to avoid talking to any customer what so ever. Place was very dirty as well. Pass on this one.

Staff is horrible. Bunch of kids who don’t care about customer service at all. Just chatting with each other and ignoring customers. Burger is burnt. Fries are overcooked and no ice in the drink machine. Avoid at all costs. Worst McDonald’s experience I’ve ever had. I would have given a “zero” if it was an option.

Best staff! Extremely friendly and quick.

Edit: Drive Thru is becoming unbearable at night with long wait times. I think the employees are good people, but they can't handle any volume. The new McDonalds in Fortville will be a relief...Hopefully. A McDonald's at an interchange needs to be better.
