this location was in a Love's Travel Center very convenient right off the highway...food was made quick..and was what I expected from McDonald's..I use the app so I definitely got a good value for the food I received...I would recommend

Extremely slow. They don’t deserve even a one star for service. Arrived between 8:30 and 9:00 pm. Waited in line for the drive thru for several minutes even though there was only a couple vehicles in front of us. Finally made it up to the machine to order. Heard someone say, “Will be with you in a few minutes.” After waiting there for about 10 more minutes and only seeing one vehicle exiting the pickup window in that time and still no one taking our order, we left. We concluded they must have just one person inside taking orders, preparing the food, and then serving it. (The only other time I went to this location a few months ago, I had the same exact experience then, too.)

Orders caramel frappe the manager made it she gave me two cups because she spilled the caramel on the cup. I paid for extra caramel and didn’t get it. And I asked her she said yes when clearly it wasn’t. The guy at the counter had his girlfriend in the lobby going back and forth in the kitchen didn’t wash his hands not one time after having his hands in his pockets and touching other things.

My goodness...this place got our order wrong, so we asked for the correct order. Before we got our corrected order (4x sausages McMuffins with egg) came out, they asked for the McMuffins back. There's no way I'm eating these, but my friend deals with things different.

Waited quite some time for a big mac, crispy chicken and 2 fries. Soda was self serve but had to ask for a sweet tea. My crispy chicken was horrible. Very dry. I got 20 miles down the road before I got the McShits. Husband said his Big Mac was nasty.

Absolutely incredibly slow service. Potentially the worst I’ve ever seen. That’s without it even being busy. It’s just ridiculously slow and it’s consistently bad. And, if you order your food online it will most certainly be cold by the time you get it. Go somewhere else unless you have 20 minutes to wait in line.

I'm a truck driver, they say they open at five 5 A.M. since I arrived. I waited 30 minutes and they hadn't opened yet. Nobody told me anything and I left very bad experience, operating a McDonald's is not a job nothing special and even so they can't even open at the agreed time our is counted, we have hourly jobs to complete and they make me waste my time, they are useless

Very Slow and Bad service.I understand fast food stores are always busy and people are working continue but at least do better when you have only 2-3 costumer in store.First they all started ignoring me when I ordered on Machine inside then They gave me Meal and Forgot to give me drink then after 8 minutes they asked me why I am still waiting then I told them you missed my drink then gave me drink after another 7 minutes but Gave me wrong drink.But they dnt care.So I took it.
Near the drinks refill counter there was water all over the place (Water trail) and they just put Wet floor sign there and continued laughing and talking together with 2 girls (Costumers).
