We really enjoy being able to pull off the highway quickly & get a quality burger & a quality cup of coffee. Well kept secret is their fries too!!!

Not one of the better McDonald's locations. I ate here three times today (Truck driver doing a 34h reset). All experiences similar. Fries not hot and only half full. Ketchup dispenser empty all three visits, despite mentioning it to an employee and them saying they would fix it. No workers watching the counter for customers, but instead on their phones, talking, or doing nothing.

Food was hot, drinks have plenty of ice and carbonation. I would also like to bring attention to the friendly atmosphere with music and tables. However, the food took a long time and the employees are very odd. 10/10!

Terrible service, waited 20 minutes for a burger and fries. Food was lukewarm at best, missing bacon. My sweet tea with Lemonade( is made behind the counter) wasn't with my food so I tried getting the attention of 4 seperate employees to ask for it, all of them ignored me before one finally came back around then when I got that and realized I was missing bacon I went back up to ask for it and was told we'll get you some. I waited another 20 minutes only to get asked 4 times after that what I was waiting on and never did get my bacon. I finally just left. Every employee was ignoring customers and had lots of messed up orders with missing items. They were also full of attitude slinging stuff around all over the place. Definitely needs better management, and employees all around.

First off. Let me just say that this isnt the only time this has happened. The employees are more concerned woth socializing with their friends than having a job. They are utterly dumb because for whatever reason they dont know that all they need is the order number and not the person who ordered the order's phone. (My sibling and I pickup for our mother who orders.) Second, they over cooked their food. The hashbrowns taste charred and the eggs looked and felt untterly disgusting. They also forgot the hashbrowns when my sibling picked up the order and scoffed at them when they had to "do their job" and give us the hashbrowns, and not only did that employee scoff, she gave us 1 hashbrown instead of the 2 that we ordered. We ordered a McGriddle and they gave us a bagel sandwich, thanks so much for just throwing wtv in the bag and not caring about keeping your jobs. The staff is subpar and rude. Never ordering from their again. Will not be removing this review until they get new, nicer staff and the cooking improves. Btw if you want a GOOD mcds, go to the one on Tegler Drive at exit 210 because they are always nice and the food is spectacular.

Food was okay. Bun was burnt on the edges. Music was playing loudly and it was hard to hear them calling out numbers for what order was ready.
