What a headache

Randomly stopped here off of 69, was in line for over 10 minutes, 5 of which I sat at the payment window. The young girl wouldn’t even register I was there, it was so weird! Then she got angry with me when I tried to get her attention, “I’m doing something!!” Yikes, don’t be on the window if you can’t milt-task and don’t know how to provide customer service.
Oh and this is the food I got, yuck!

Would give this place ZERO STARS IF i could! We sat in line for 15 -20 minutes AFTER paying to get cold food (everything was cold) and incorrect sized drinks. They said they were short staffed but if it takes 20 minutes to get our food everything should be hot and fresh. Worst McDonalds we ever been to, will never stop here again.

I was in line for the drive through at 10:23. I sat in line for 7 minutes. When it was my turn it was 10:30. The board changed to the lunch menu and I was told it was too late for breakfast. I said if someone was in line they should honor the breakfast. She asked me if I wish to talk to the manager. Very poor service and I won't be back again.
Walked in to order an Iced Coffee like I do every day, this McDonald’s swears up and down that McDonald’s hasn’t used sugar for their coffee in “years” I told them I get an iced coffee each and every day, and yes an iced coffee includes liquid sugar. So here it is directly from the McDonald’s website. Someone here needs some re-education.
