Rude staff long wait time in drive thru then pull up...went in to speak to someone and took 5 minutes to get help at the counter...would definitely not recommend

The staff are fast paced, and accurate, my company has been doing work in Pendleton for last few weeks and they get us in and out with fresh food which is not always the case at some fast establishments and they are super busy to add so even more impressive as quality usually goes out the window when it comes to speed.... Keep up the hard work your location and staff are making a difference

I've never left a review at McDonald's before this… However, this was the worst customer service experience I've ever had at a drive-through. The attendant seemed to not care at all that several people were sitting and waiting for the menu to come on so they could order, and she would not turn on the menu without her manager's permission. I finally gave up and drove to the 1st window to give my order… The young lady at the window who was the same young lady previously mentioned, took my order and when I asked her why she couldn't turn on the menu she said something indecipherable and I finally asked her to get her manager… The manager was not much better, explaining that they could not turn the menu on until the person in front of me had cashed Out. I sat in front of the menu (that did not have a menu posted for about seven or eight minutes) watching two cars that were behind me go in front of me and finally gave up on transmitting my order. The manager tried to let me pull forward to get my food without asking for any money and I told him I had not yet paid. When he tried to confirm my order we figured out it was wrong, and I told him this was the worst customer service experience I've ever had at any drive-through. Maybe this tells me I should stay away from McDonald's as a dining option… Sign from God, etc. Awful service.

At “11 Enterprise Dr. Pendleton, IN 46064 US” just over a hour ago minutes ago (2:58pm) I ordered my food and asked for it to be cooked fresh. My fish sandwich bread was obviously and clearly pinched. Looked like that’s how they picked it up just pinched it. My tartar sauce was outside the sandwich in the box with a little bit of tartar sauce on the side of the sandwich. So I brought it back and talked to the manager in a calm respective way. Her face and body language was very off not providing good customer service at all. She kept a very stern look on her face. No apologies about the service, food or anything. Worst customer service ever. She seemed bothered that she even had to speak with me about a returned sandwich. Then when I got a new sandwich my fillet was halfway on the bread. I just threw it away and didn’t go back. I don’t think these are the people that need to work in anyone’s food establishment with how my issue was handled today.

I wish other McDonald's would take lessons from this one. Yes, there were kiosks, but there were also human employees in front taking orders and making sure customers had everything they needed. Not hiding in the back, avoiding human interaction and just shoving bags of food out before going back into hiding and leaving customers who may need something else waiting to be acknowledged. (Taco Bell and other places are doing the same thing and it drives me nuts) this McDonald's does it right. People. Face to face.....actual service....that has been lost in so many places these days. Keep it up. This is one McDonald's I will return to next time I'm up that way. Great crew with a great work ethic and social skills.

It’s crazy I’ve tried to submit a complaint online and it will not allow me to. I got the grinch meal, which didn’t come with salt (whatever. Little deal) but i also got a snack wrap. Bite into it & it’s RAW!! Not only could that kill someone, but after the disappointment of the grinch meal that’s what i have to look forward to?? Actually insane! I never make complaints but this is a little more extreme than just a missing item!

It’s McDonald’s — you know what you’re getting. But this location deserves a shout-out. The service I get at this drive-thru is consistently great. They’re fast, friendly, and accurate with the orders every time. Hard to ask for more than that.

This is the slowest McDonald’s known to God. Never fails. I think that I can swing in real quick and grab breakfast on a Sunday or grab a tea on my way to work at 6 AM and I’m still late you get stuck in the drive-through the people that take your order are annoying with their funny voices. One of the girls can’t even talk. I recommend that you go to the Fortville exit and totally bypass this Pendleton. I have seen numerous cars drive away. Plus the one time that I went inside there were fruit. Flies all over the soda machine. Even though this is close to my house, I just pulled out of the drive-through and I was not the only one because of their slowness

You have a girl who works the window that takes orders on the drive through. She mumbles so much that it seems cruel to have her do this job. I literally cannot understand what she's saying. She should not be in this position
