I went the beginning of the year and tried all of their gluten free donuts and they were delicious. I tried to go back yesterday and was told they haven't made any gluten free donuts in months even though yhey are listed online.
I came all the way from New Castle. It was so disappointing. On top of that, their phone number is disconnected so you can not call in advance.

Fix the DOLE WHIP machine!! It's been broken all summer. Everytime we go it's not working. That is all we go there for. Just tried to go get another DOLE WHIP, MACHINE is Broken. You have several locations & 3 food trucks & can't fix the DOLE WHIP machine. Ridiculous đ¤Śââď¸

Took my daughter for a little mommy-daughter breakfast date before school. Staff was friendly, donuts were fresh, but the inside of the store was absolutely disgusting. Gnats and flies were everywhere (I understand sometimes itâs uncontrollable but it didnât look like they were doing anything to prevent them) my daughter used the restroom before we left. It looked like it hasnât been cleaned in weeks. Trash was all over the floor, trash can overflowing, no TP or paper towels. This use to be one of our favorite spots but it seems it has gone down hill. This place use to be slammed with people. Today it was just us.

The donuts were deliciousâfresh and flavorfulâbut the overall experience left something to be desired. The staff didnât seem very engaged, which affected the atmosphere. The interior has a unique style, but the silence inside felt a bit awkwardâsome music or ambient sound would really help liven things up. This place has so much potential and could be a weekend favorite with a few key improvements in service and vibe.

Great ice cream and doughnuts⌠but please buy sturdier spoons- could not finish the sundae due to not being able to get the spoon through the fudge. :(
We got two white chocolate mochas. They had a weird texture (very filmy / gritty) and chunks of something in them that were really unappealing. The moose track donut was good though

Poorly managed, overpriced, underwhelming, and inconsistent.
The typical experience is being met with one (if youâre âluckyâ two) disgruntled, impolite, and lazy employee who will make donuts at a pace so slow youâd think it was their first day. Thing is, it probably is. Youâll never see the same employee twice as turnover seems to be an issue here. I donât blame the employees for the prior issues, nor any that Iâm about to list, this is clearly a case of grossly incompetent management/ownership.
The food here is wildly overpriced. Doughnuts or otherwise. And the quality of what you get is extremely random. They also advertise yeast doughnuts on the weekends, but most of the time will say they âforgotâ to make them or grab from a pile of stale doughnuts kept at the front counter if you requested yeast.
The interior is, disgusting, for lack of a better word. Dirty and mismatched furniture scattered haphazardly over industrial flooring and walls littered with uncleaned knickknacks. The space is very poorly utilized in both front and back of house. There is no thought or intention behind any of it. Itâs infuriatingly careless.
This is the only local doughnut shop, so that kept me coming back for dozens of visits. They changed ownership a couple years back and the decline has been steady. Itâs finally time I hang it up and move on.
If you want potentially subpar food, disgusting atmosphere, horrendous customer service, and to pay three times what youâd pay for better elsewhere, this is the place to be! Otherwise, avoid at all cost.
