Great ice cream and doughnuts… but please buy sturdier spoons- could not finish the sundae due to not being able to get the spoon through the fudge. :(

We got two white chocolate mochas. They had a weird texture (very filmy / gritty) and chunks of something in them that were really unappealing. The moose track donut was good though

Poorly managed, overpriced, underwhelming, and inconsistent.
The typical experience is being met with one (if you’re “lucky” two) disgruntled, impolite, and lazy employee who will make donuts at a pace so slow you’d think it was their first day. Thing is, it probably is. You’ll never see the same employee twice as turnover seems to be an issue here. I don’t blame the employees for the prior issues, nor any that I’m about to list, this is clearly a case of grossly incompetent management/ownership.
The food here is wildly overpriced. Doughnuts or otherwise. And the quality of what you get is extremely random. They also advertise yeast doughnuts on the weekends, but most of the time will say they “forgot” to make them or grab from a pile of stale doughnuts kept at the front counter if you requested yeast.
The interior is, disgusting, for lack of a better word. Dirty and mismatched furniture scattered haphazardly over industrial flooring and walls littered with uncleaned knickknacks. The space is very poorly utilized in both front and back of house. There is no thought or intention behind any of it. It’s infuriatingly careless.
This is the only local doughnut shop, so that kept me coming back for dozens of visits. They changed ownership a couple years back and the decline has been steady. It’s finally time I hang it up and move on.
If you want potentially subpar food, disgusting atmosphere, horrendous customer service, and to pay three times what you’d pay for better elsewhere, this is the place to be! Otherwise, avoid at all cost.

Highly disappointed in this place. Online It looks so good, but when you go into their Pendleton location, it is filthy as all get out. The tables, floor, and trash cans are coated in dirt and scum. The front display case has ants and bugs all over the donuts. 40 minutes later, our drinks were incorrect and watery. Asked for a refund, in which the lady said yes, but then had to proceed to wait 20 minutes for a refund... Ecolab, where you at?

Amazing place. They have the true dole pineapple whip ice cream. You get a good portion per serving they don't skimp you. Donuts are wonderful. Staff is always pleasant and friendly. When in pendelton, this is the place to stop to make you happy. I will definitely be back, and this is a must visit place. Got to at least get the dole pineapple icecream and a donut. You will not be dissapointed.

The entire store was filthy especially the bathroom. Employees standing around talking when they should be sweeping the floor, cleaning tables, and cleaning the bathroom. I'm extremely disappointed in the cleanliness. Hopefully the area where the food is prepared is cleaner.

I have loved this place until today. I went into Ohana's with a coupon ( that had not yet expired) and the lady said that they are no longer honoring the coupon because they changed systems. I said ok because we
really wanted the donuts for my son's birthday. Then when I start to pay for my six donuts and the total was more than listed on the signage. When I asked about the price the lady said it was an old menu board. One board was right and the other is wrong. I understand prices go up but you can't put out an advertisement to draw people into your store then not honor it and then over charge what is listed in your store.

The food was OK, still nowhere near as good as the place they took over for. We went in and the place was dead. Noone inside, but the workers. Every table needed cleaned off. The floors were disgusting. The bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. These kind of oversights make me concerned about how clean everything is in the back. The emoyees were friendly, but more concerned with talking to each other than noticing how dirty the place is.

To everyone who thought the gluten free donuts are made sorry they are not. Watched the lady pull the Katz donuts from freezer, microwave them and add frosting. I was very disappointed because I paid for half dozen because it's hard to find gf donuts back home and I thought these would be fresh, homemade. I seriously could of paid less and made at home.
