Absolute lack of effort from this store. Pizza was not cooked. Toppings look thrown on from a different room. Sauce is soaking into cold dough. Pizza didn’t fit in the box so they smashed it until it did. Both pizzas looked this way and again, both were not cooked. Shameful.

Always late with the delivery, food is cold 80 percent of the time and they never get the order correct. Truly wish there was somewhere else that delivers in our area.

Ordered delivery, arrived quickly and delivery man was kind, but the pizza dough was raw in the middle, and the wings had barely any sauce.

Ordered a pizza last night for dinner. A few hours later me and my great grad son came down with explosive diarrhea! We both have a slight fever also! I will be calling the health department on this business!
Everyone beware of this place as I believe they are using outdated ingredients ! Never again will I order a pizza from this place!

During low-peak hours, this location is consistently on point. They have your orders read fast and always do a great job. During high-volume hours they manage the pick-up orders as fast and accurate as possible. Even when they are slammed they seem to be prompt and accurate. This is my experience with ordering from them consistently for over a year.

Attempted to call the store when my order was placed incorrectly for carry out instead of delivery. Made multiple attempts to call to cancel order. The staff would hang up on me or answer the phone and not say anything. Ended up driving to the store. Almost got to see one of employees fight a door dash driver. Highly entertaining but lacking in the customer service department.

This store messed up my delivery order.. I ordered 8 extra cheese sauces.. only 3 came in the box.. I noticed it while the driver was still in my driveway and he said call the store... like I’m telling my you this is messed up and he’s basically saying it’s not his problem, call the store. tried calling the store but just kept getting sent through the system for 15 min until I finally hung up.. it’s rly not that deep.. just kinda messed up I paid $10 extra for nothing.. and the store won’t answer the phone to give a refund or bring me my sauce!

This was my first time at this papa johns the manager jacob was very kind. I was struggling to keep my small kids calm while we waited to get our food. The manager was so nice and friendly keeping a smile on my childrens faces while they finished up my order. This will be our go to pizza place now!

While Papa John's isn't my normal go to, something told me to order from this location today. Boy am I glad I did. I ordered online for pick up, and when I went to get my order the store was clean. Everyone inside appeared to be hard at work making sure orders were being made correctly and quickly. The manager Jakob was very friendly and made sure my food was hot and ready for when I arrived. Will definitely order from this location more often.

The store has went down hill and it’s because of the employees and my guess management. I had an order last night and it arrived a hour late on a Sunday night of all nights. I will also mention my food was not sitting under the heat lamps like it should have been at the very least. My food was COLD when it arrived. And the manager clocked my food out as soon as I called to check in on my order to see if everything was okay. Everything was not okay, obviously. Also you need to push DOWN on the pizza cutter to cut a pizza! Signed- past Papa John’s manager! Do better!

Over a one hour and 30 minute wait for pizza to be delivered. Pizza showed up looking like it had been dropped. Toppings all smeared to one side. Due to the delivery time of being over an hour and a half on a Wednesday the pizza arrived cold and as if it had been in the refrigerator for two days. I would not recommend giving this place your business. They have proven many times to not be able to deliver in a timely manner or to deliver a product that is worth the price. Disappointing and sad to know there is not a Papa John’s in the local area that can be managed by a competent person. Save yourself time and order from any where else.

When I came in I was told the wait was 25 minutes. 30 minutes later you told me 4 more minutes. Four minutes later you told me 6 minutes. Please be straight with your customers from the start. I tried to be understanding and wait, standing nearly an hour to wait for two pizzas is insane. Communication would have helped a lot!
