This is the worst customer service I have ever gotta in all my 60yrs Jakob was rude I ordered pick up he sent ot door dash I went to store to pick up and they tell me it's been door dashed the opposite that I asked for he was disrespectful when I ordered my husband said thank you at the end he hung up on him and when I talked yo him he said it would be 30 minutes I said that was fine he said of course like he wanted me to say forget the order I reached out to customer service 3x and no reply I will never do business there again and I suggest no one sle in pendleton does either

Usually pleased but last evening we picked up a pizza and all the toppings were in the center 4 inches of the large pizza. It was like a cheese pizza with a combination center.

Ordered pickup online. Got there when the status said ready and the pizza wasn’t even made. They proceeded to go ahead with the order, then forgot the extra sauces I paid for. On me for not checking everything. Got home and the breadsticks looked like baked cardboard too. Just a complete bummer.

Can't really say anything about the food and atmosphere, but the service is awful. They deliver via DoorDash, but my pizza never came even though the app said it was delivered. Call the store to talk to someone to see if I could get it remade or get a refund and have literally been waiting 15 minutes on the phone for anyone at all to pick up. If I have to listen to Shannon, the service lady in their phone ad, tell me one more time that the restaurant will be right with me, I'm going to lose it.

Edit: Called back near closing hours and spoke to a nice man named Logan. He processed a refund for me super quick and easy after explaining the situation. No fuss, no coarseness, no problem. Thanks, Logan!

😁I went there today and will be back, ordered a medium pizza works, have not had them in several years. Loved it, just like I remembered. Did not take long maybe 10 minutes to get it cooked and he even brought it out to my vehicle. Best place ever, pizza is great! ALSO ,,The guy that was working there reminded me of Norman Reedus from TWD. Be still my heart!

Pizza was supposed to be delivered at 11:15. It is now 11:42… like? Do better? Especially a large corporate order 🥹

Consistently takes 90 minutes to get a delivery just a couple miles down the road.

Absolute lack of effort from this store. Pizza was not cooked. Toppings look thrown on from a different room. Sauce is soaking into cold dough. Pizza didn’t fit in the box so they smashed it until it did. Both pizzas looked this way and again, both were not cooked. Shameful.

Always late with the delivery, food is cold 80 percent of the time and they never get the order correct. Truly wish there was somewhere else that delivers in our area.
