Can't really say anything about the food and atmosphere, but the service is awful. They deliver via DoorDash, but my pizza never came even though the app said it was delivered. Call the store to talk to someone to see if I could get it remade or get a refund and have literally been waiting 15 minutes on the phone for anyone at all to pick up. During low-peak hours, this location is consistently on point. They have your orders read fast and always do a great job. During high-volume hours they manage the pick-up orders as fast and accurate as possible. Even when they are slammed they seem to be prompt and accurate. This is my experience with ordering from them consistently for over a year.
This was my first time at this papa johns the manager jacob was very kind. I was struggling to keep my small kids calm while we waited to get our food. The manager was so nice and friendly keeping a smile on my childrens faces while they finished up my order. This will be our go to pizza place now!
