Any time we come into town, we order ahead and pickup in the drive through. Each trip over the last year has gotten worse and worse. Today, after sitting in the drive-through for almost 20 minutes, I went inside to pick up our only item, which was a large cheese pizza. One person was trying to pay/pickup, another said she’d been waiting over 30 minutes for her order. The guy behind the counter looked confused and everyone working was slow moving. He handed me my pizza, told me the total then just walked away. So after seeing “approved” on the screen and waiting for him to come back, he didn’t so I just left. Everything looked dirty, no one in the dining room seemed happy with their service and when we got home, we noticed half of our pizza was actually burnt. Not sure we’ll go back anymore.

Ordered food for a party. Scheduled it for delivery at 6pm. Called around open to verify everything was setup as technology is not my forta and lady told me we are set for 6pm. 7pm no food call lady says please hold and I can hear them working in the background as they just set the phone down. Sat there for 11 minutes. Before I hung up and recalled now being rejected my calls. Prepaid for food and still can't get ahold of anyone. Not the 1st time we've had issues at this location. 1 star is being generous.

Didn’t receive all of our order. Took us 30 minutes to get ahold of anyone then the lady was rude. Talked to a manager who said she couldn’t do anything and that someone higher up would call us but we have yet to get a call!

Zero stars. I waited 2 hours for my delivery. I called two times and ended up calling to change it to pick up and then when I got to the store my food wasn't even in the oven. I had been told it was in the oven 40 minutes ago.

Ordered pizzas and wings for some hungry boys after a day of school and baseball. Unfortunately the pizzas were wrong when we got them, but not a big deal. These kids would have eaten anything I put on the table in front of them. The store manager was quick to make sure everything was made right. She offered to either remake the food or refund money for the mistakes, no questions asked. All in all, it was a successful dinner, the kids were fed good pizza, and the service was excellent. Will definitely continue eating here and recommend to anyone!

We ordered a late-night(for us) pizza, the new Tavern pepperoni, which was good, but the service was exceptional. We ordered online, paying with cash, not realizing they closed at 10pm, but the two team members waited so that we would get our pizza. They didn't mention it until I realized they were closing, and I said something! We really appreciat their thoughtfulness. We will be mindful of the 10pm closing, and not repeat, but this type of service makes it joy to return time and time, again. Thank you guys! You are appreciated!!
