Didn’t receive all of our order. Took us 30 minutes to get ahold of anyone then the lady was rude. Talked to a manager who said she couldn’t do anything and that someone higher up would call us but we have yet to get a call!

Zero stars. I waited 2 hours for my delivery. I called two times and ended up calling to change it to pick up and then when I got to the store my food wasn't even in the oven. I had been told it was in the oven 40 minutes ago.

Ordered pizzas and wings for some hungry boys after a day of school and baseball. Unfortunately the pizzas were wrong when we got them, but not a big deal. These kids would have eaten anything I put on the table in front of them. The store manager was quick to make sure everything was made right. She offered to either remake the food or refund money for the mistakes, no questions asked. All in all, it was a successful dinner, the kids were fed good pizza, and the service was excellent. Will definitely continue eating here and recommend to anyone!

We ordered a late-night(for us) pizza, the new Tavern pepperoni, which was good, but the service was exceptional. We ordered online, paying with cash, not realizing they closed at 10pm, but the two team members waited so that we would get our pizza. They didn't mention it until I realized they were closing, and I said something! We really appreciat their thoughtfulness. We will be mindful of the 10pm closing, and not repeat, but this type of service makes it joy to return time and time, again. Thank you guys! You are appreciated!!

I ordered and paid for a pizza with three toppings. It came with only cheese. I tried several times to call the store and the phone rang and rang, then it sounded like I was transferred because the ring tone changed, then after ringing for three minutes it went to a busy signal. I tried calling three times and could never get anyone.

0/10. This place employs minors, while entirely disregarding CHILD LABOR LAWS. The store manager denies minors breaks, tries to finagle their way around breaking the law (while failing might I add). Tells children they can go home while adding work to make them stay late. Honestly such disgusting behavior. I would eat, and work elsewhere.
Approximately 6 to 4 months ago this restaurant was amazing. ALWAYS delivered on taste, quality, and the staff was amazing. However NOW if I could give this place a 0 I would. It's such a bummer to see such a significant part of our town be thrown away by terrible management. I not only have seen but heard that one manager LIVES there?? His excuse is he's behind on work, however who in their right mind would stay until 7AM to "FINISH" the job? Has it really gotten to the point we can't afford better staff?? This man has ruined dinner twice already and you bet your behind it will NOT happen a third time. The pizza tastes of bad cologne. This Town staple has became not only an eye sore, but a pain in everyone's butt lately!!

The service was horrific. The only saving grace was that the manager finally stepped in to apologize after close to an hour of waiting on our food and he did take off the cost of our sodas and a percentage of the bill. We were one of only 2 tables in the whole place, so it was pretty frustrating. As a former restaurant trainer, an intense amount of training seems to be needed for the poor server...she was clueless. She hid from us rather than coming to tell us that there was a delay or to see if she could do anything to help. The food was ok and perhaps this was a perfect storm of things gone wrong.

Supposedly there is a customer service center that handles the store and there’s nobody at the store that ever answers their phone then calling for 1520 minutes and it’s literally been hung up on every single time. My order was never delivered correctly. I’ve all trying to do is get this rectified and justified, I’ve been supposedly transferred to supervisors multiple times. This is unacceptable.

I placed an online order for my wife to pick up a little after 7pm. When she arrived 30 minutes the store was closed, but I was charged for the pizza.They were supposed to be open until 10.The one in Anderson never gives us issues.
