Normally when we go here the service is pretty good, nothing to crazy, but today was a bummer. We put in an online order and my girlfriend got something relatively simple, just a lavender latte with lavender cold foam. We get there and her drink is a matcha?? I thought I was pretty polite when I asked her to remake it and she wasn't outwardly rude but she definitely made it seem like an inconvenience. which is crazy considering she was the one who made, what I think, would be a pretty easy mistake. And on top of all of that when she made the drink again it was wrong, but we hadn't realized until we left. Again, I come here frequently, and today might've just been a shit day but it wasn't busy and she's been kind of rude before. Idk seems like a skill issue 😔

Store #77670 has the best employees of any store I have went to, with original Greenfield store is in second. Since day one they always have a smile and conversation. Kudos to this store and keep it fun.
Now as a company- you took my toffee/nut syrup away! Why such a wrong move???? Only ⭐️⭐️⭐️!

Ordered a drink with cold foam. Drink comes like this. No cold foam. Even says it on the order ticket on the side of the cup. Very disappointed
