Waited 40 minutes in line to pick up our mobile order. When we pulled up to the speaker box, they told us they were only doing DoorDash and pick up orders. That wasn’t an issue for us thankfully but we heard quite a few people getting very upset, especially considering the line doesn’t allow you to get out so they were forced to wait in line for no food. If there’s something THAT drastic going on, the restaurant should have been closed.
Absolutely worse service. Bad attitude from the employees and took 40 minutes for our food.

Ordered before I got here. Food was cold and didn’t taste very good. I walked up to the counter 15 minutes after I ordered and stood there for 10 more. They looked at me 5 or 6 times before they acknowledged that I was there and then they were rude! I don’t recommend coming here. Terrible service!!!

Worse Taco Bell experience to date. Ordered 4 Chicken Soft Tacos for my Daughter who is Autistic and likes to build her own tacos, so there was some special requests. Right away the girl taking the order got irritable because I asked for all the components in separate containers. Chicken in one container, lettuce in one container, cheese in one container, and tortillas separate. I checked quick that everything was separated. When I get home, I discovered they only have me enough ingredients to barely make 2 tacos, and I paid for 4. $12.00 for 2 Chicken Soft Tacos. Never again. Final straw on Horrible service from Taco Bell. I feel like I have been robbed. Save your money and find another restaurant.

Went by tonight at 12:30 and was told they are only accepting door dash!!!!! The store hours say 1am. Liars. From the reviews looks like I dodged a bullet.

Not taking orders while they are open. Only able to through app or doordash. Also didnt sound very friendly.
We showed up at the drive thru and were told they were only accepting online orders. No offers to try to remediate the issue, just wait in the line and try to get back in line after reordering online. Will not return

I will never go back to this Taco Bell in Pendleton. It has the worst GM manager with the worst smart mouth, belligerent woman who has got blonde hair. She has absolutely no class whatsoever. She has absolutely no respect for the customer. We ordered $60 worth of food on Saturday night Sunday morning And the food was cold. We had no nacho cheese. We were told that they shut the store down without nacho cheese or when they run out so people I’m warning you now worst service worst place to get your food and we had to place it through a mobile app when we were clearly you know speaking to the young man inside the speaker. He was cool but like this GM she don’t need to have that job. I have never seen anybody get like all kinds of you know talking with their hands and being just Siri and smoothie and not even look me in the eye so again people I’m warning you don’t go there take your money elsewhere And this is Christina and Darby

Someone who used to work at taco bell here. this is The only Taco Bell I've ever heard of running out of 10 inch tortillas medium sauce and that amazing Chipotle, the only Taco Bell where an employee was verbally reprimanded for trying to save me money, right in front of me. The only Taco Bell that you have to order extra meat to get normal meat. There are plenty of other food option in the immediate area. Any of them are better and they will be happy to do it.

The management at this Taco Bell is an absolute disgrace. Rude, hateful, and disrespectful to customers. Always out of items and can’t fulfill the ingredients that go on the items that we pay for. They force everyone coming into the lobby to order on a machine and refuse to serve them. Top it all off they won’t even make it right when they mess up your food. Not to mention I’ve complained to corporate multiple times and they’ve done nothing to change it! Is there a district manager that is over this store? I mean if ya’ll want to pay me $58k a year as the store manager to bring back customer service back and blast back then lmk.

To be honest I don’t leave these kind of reviews but I just had too. Food was terrible cold like one scoop of chicken and just called it a day. I love Taco Bell but this one sucks! Do not come here. Employees were rude. Sucks sucks sucks
