Lots of errors in the order. I’m vegetarian so I ordered my usual black bean crunchwrap supreme and they gave me the beef crunchwrap instead. I also got a cheesy bean and rice burrito and there was no beans at all. They forgot the avocado sauce I paid extra for. Ordered off the app. Really disappointing.

It was honestly impressive how wrong my entire order was. My cantina chicken burrito had half the chicken, no chipotle sauce and it was mostly just Tortilla and Pico. The sour cream tasted off, I was missing 3 items. It was just a disappointing experience. I'm normally not the kind of person to leave a review, but this location is so consistently an issue.

Absolutely horrible!!! There was a key in a taco and when we went back to get it fixed they were extremely UNapologetic and rude. All they offered was a free taco voucher. Overall terrible experience and will not dine here again!!!

Mo was outstanding at handling an online order that was supposed to be at her store but I ended up ordering it from a different location. Helped cancel the prior order and even had them make my order. OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! 👏🏼

In the drive threw the 2 lady’s were rude would not fix there mistakes I do not recommend giving a place like this your Business I drove next door and Hardee’s treated me fine.

Waited 40 minutes in line to pick up our mobile order. When we pulled up to the speaker box, they told us they were only doing DoorDash and pick up orders. That wasn’t an issue for us thankfully but we heard quite a few people getting very upset, especially considering the line doesn’t allow you to get out so they were forced to wait in line for no food. If there’s something THAT drastic going on, the restaurant should have been closed.

Ordered before I got here. Food was cold and didn’t taste very good. I walked up to the counter 15 minutes after I ordered and stood there for 10 more. They looked at me 5 or 6 times before they acknowledged that I was there and then they were rude! I don’t recommend coming here. Terrible service!!!

Worse Taco Bell experience to date. Ordered 4 Chicken Soft Tacos for my Daughter who is Autistic and likes to build her own tacos, so there was some special requests. Right away the girl taking the order got irritable because I asked for all the components in separate containers. Chicken in one container, lettuce in one container, cheese in one container, and tortillas separate. I checked quick that everything was separated. When I get home, I discovered they only have me enough ingredients to barely make 2 tacos, and I paid for 4. $12.00 for 2 Chicken Soft Tacos. Never again. Final straw on Horrible service from Taco Bell. I feel like I have been robbed. Save your money and find another restaurant.
